Clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Water pressure is good throughout room. Didn’t run out of hot water. Bed was comfy enough, pillows were standard size on a King bed though. Room overall was ok, just a little pricey for the area. Easily accessible from the highway.

Breakfast was lacking. Not much in variety. Just cereal in big containers, instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, toast and waffles. No fruit, yogurt, eggs or meat so no protein options. Milk and juice in gallon jugs accessed and touched by everyone. I was on first floor and could hear the people in the room above me stomping the whole time. Walls were kinda thin, heard the neighbors TV all night. Phone in room didn’t work. Small pillows.

Location is good for us as we have a piece of property just a few minutes away. The rooms are pretty clean and the people that own the place are nice and friendly.

I would recommend not using floor cleaning deodorizer that is currently being used. Since they allow smoking it is used heavily, but it doesn't remove the smell, just kind of covers it. You end up with a room that smells like smoke and cleaner. Clearly people smoke Marijuana in these rooms and the cleaner is used to try and remove it. Definitely recommend a better oder remover and stop allowing smoking in the rooms.

The place is a little older but the shower is Amazing. The staff was great

The housekeeper came knocking on the door @9:50am, we were still sleeping then she came back at 10:35am! Check out wasn’t until 11:00, the second time we was almost ready to walk out . That was the only negative was that I felt rushed . We normally check out early but this time I want to rest before visiting family especially since I didn’t get in bed until 1:30am

Quiet place with good internet. Spacious clean rooms with large bathrooms. Jacuzzi suite is worth it. Good location. Good breakfast on site. Been staying with this hotel for years. 90 per cent of the time, they are top of their game, when they overlook something, they make it right or give you a discount. Great bbq out front.

The outdoor pool in July can get a little loud but it goes away at night. The other 11 months no noise whatsoever.

Courteous service, quite environment, good TV display and channel selection, well-functioning air conditioner, comfortable Queen bed, good bathroom facilities (we didn't use the shower), perfect location for our needs.

Our only disappointment was the lack of fresh fruit (such as bananas) at breakfast and the lack of a low-sugar dry cereal, such as Cheerios. One of your cereal dispensers is labeled "Cheerios", but it contained some other sugary cereal (this was also the case the last time we stayed at the Rutledge Inn). If the breakfast had included bananas and cheerios, I would have given you an excellent rating across the board.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, comfortable. I didn't use the shower, so I don't know how well it worked. Have stayed at the Rutledge Inn numerous times, most times with my wife, but alone this time. I was born and raised in Luverne, which, as you may know, is a larger town bordering on the little hamlet of Rutledge. I'd traveled from Huntsville to Luverne, via Troy for a funeral, so see my sister in the hospital. It was just an overnight trip.

I would like to have had a more healthy breakfast. At least one dry cereal should be sugar-free (e.g., regular Cheerios). It would be nice to have an egg of some sort for the protein (waffles are out of the question for me). The high-carbohydrate offerings of the Continental breakfast are not very healthy. It would be worth a modest increase in the rental cost to have more protein in the breakfast. Otherwise, this Inn is an excellent place to stay. Very quiet, confortable with freindly staff.

The staff will give you an extra 30 minutes sometimes for checkout. The convenience in short portability from car to room. Good Hot and Cold breakfast. Rooms are clean. Staff are hospitable and friendly. Jacuzzi suites are notably nice.

Sometimes the check in needs to be earlier than three? They allow me to check in early half of the time. They are still very accommodating about getting me in the Room as early as possible.

The location was PERFECT for a break overnight on the way to Panama City beach. The staff were so kind to us, we ended up coming back to stay again overnight on our way home too. We would come back any time we do the trip again!

The manager was a really nice guy, very friendly and accomodating. I am hearing impaired. At my request, he came to my room (after hours) and got the closed caption option on my TV after I was unable to do it.

I had no issues at all with my stay. No problems whatsoever!

it was close to the festival we were attending, close to places to eat. The room was clean & comfortable. My buddy & I stay here every year. because it's affordable & close to the venue
