I was traveling to Florida with my grandkids. We stayed the night here to break up the drive. Staff was very friendly, it was clean, comfortable and the rooms had more space than most. With 3 kids that's important! The pool area was clean and the kids got to burn off some energy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Something for everyone. This will definitely be a stop for us in the future!

I would have been more comfortable if the pool area was either more well lit or was more secure.

I didn't get a ground floor medically accessible room as I was assured I would when I called the hotel to verify my reservation and request. Instead I had to take a 3rd floor room.

I got the two backwards. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. I didn't like the luggage carriers as they are no good for small items. And when I went to get one at 5 a.m. they were all gone.

The location was perfect! It was about 5 minutes from Troy Campus! The perfect location, and breakfast was hot and so good. The dietary staff was friendly...coffee was hot.

Everything was just excellent!! I have no complaints with this property....desk clerk 2as very professional and helpful! Breakfast was hot and delicious. MOAT IMPORTANT....It Was Quiet And No People Hanging Around With Loud Noise! People were so quiet and courteous. You could hear a pin drop.

Pet friendly room near the campus was key. Despite booking through booking.com, the staff was totally cool with just adding the charge since we changed plans at the last minute to include our pet.

I hate to complain, but the elevator is having issues. On two occasions, the door failed to close the first time. It worked, but I will admit that it made me a little nervous. Also, the shower in room 304 was less than hot (my shower at 1030 was actually close to cold).

The room layout was nice, and the facility was clean.

The check in desk had words all over the wall that didn't make sense at all, but it was more of an eyesore than any sort of problem. Additionally there was construction going on around the hotel, but the sound wasn't too loud from the room.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. My adult daughter and I were making a quick trip to visit my sick sister and we arrived after 10:00 pm. Staff checking us in was quick and efficient. We left after breakfast the next morning.

Breakfast was good, but they were out of waffle mix.

After booking my stay on Booking.com and paying with later pay options, when I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay in full with a deposit.

The price I was given when I booked was not what I paid I talked with front desk to fix was not done over paid by 50.00

The heat/AC machine sounded like it was going to take off suddenly at 12:30 AM. It would be nioce to have a vent fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast was trash. Eggs yuck. Sausage bleh. No fresh fruit? No bacon of any type? But thanks non the less. Oh, n the tub plumbing was terrible. Kept clogging up.
