It was nice

This was new to me within my experience at a Hotel. Not that it was a problem it was just different when this is 1 of my favorite Hotels to get. I didn't like that when I walked in usually I don't have to pay upfront and a extra $100 was added as a hold on my account. Which I was told it would go back to my card after my stay and didn't. This wasn't explain during my reservation. The Welcoming wasn't like other areas that has this this hotel. Didn't get offered breakfast like it said in add/didn't see any breakfast. I wonder was it the app/website I used.

The room & location was great!!!felt very safe & comfortable

When I got there the receptionist told me it wasn’t no room available even though I had a reservation he had to find housekeeping & all of a sudden a room appeared we was from out of town & tired the he tell me I can’t pay cash like what the website said you can pay on sight & then he charged me extra.That’s was sad upon arrival to have to deal with

I was in town for graduation and the location was perfect! I liked that it was on a less busy road. Also, the rooms were extremely spacious. Most hotels I’ve stayed in that were considered suites still had the layout of a normal hotel but there was so much space in the room. We lived our stay and will definitely be back again!

The hotel was very appealing from the time we pulled up. The front had comfortable seats outside the hotel. I was amazed at how the room looked. It was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and it had plenty of towels. Overall we had a great experience. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The overall stay was comfortable. The staff made checking in and checking out easy. Everyone was accommodating.

I liked everything. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The breakfast was good just missing my favorites like oatmeal and breakfast meat.

This is a new hotel. It's the perfect stop over as we were travelling from memphis to palatka in Florida. The rooms are excellent with a full kitchenette. Beds are fantastic. Very clean. Lots of food options close by, you can also purchase microwave meals at the hotel. Lovely staff, everything was great

I had no issues. During my stay everything met my expectations. The room was beautiful. It was clean and provided the amenities that I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was quiet and close to an exterior door to take our dog out. The room was bigger than most, bed was comfortable, and plenty of pillows.

internet was not free unless you joined rewards program. Information was only provided on URL code, I prefer written information, which was not available even when I asked.

Very clean new hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the location has several restruants very close by. The staff at checking were nice and helpful. We left too early for the breakfast

Great location in a safe area, staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast served both hot and cold items and had a great selection to choose from. Awesome shower and the kitchenette was a nice touch.
