Great staff, excellent people with kind hearts and outstanding customer service. Room was very clean, just a little trash under the bed.

Only things I didn't like was the room we had needed some attention. The mirror was half stained with water damage or stains, but I covered it up with hand towels. The ceiling had water damage and it's very visible. The dresser was off the hinge but I put it back on. That's minor things to me but someone else who have complained. Everything else was great.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was adequate. Only 2 towels were provided upon check in. More were not requested but more should be in the room initially.

The pool needs attention. 😆 The vending machine area had no vending machine. But the washing machine and dryer were a bonus guests could utilize.

That the place was very quiet clean and affordable.

After staying a night earlier on in the week and going back to be added to a no rent list with no explanation when I left the room clean and clutter free went out of my way to undo the sheets and towels to make a pile for the housekeepers and even left before clock out time. Was very disappointed and dismayed because this is close to my work and as well as my partner job

The convenience of the hotel to Troy University.

I had to wait two hours to check in. When I booked the romm, Booking acknowledged that my check-in time would be between 12 noon and 1:00 PM. The staff told me that check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM. Booking. com should've been aware of that.

Location, reasonable priced, restaurant next door, iron and ironing board, locking safe in room, etc.

Motion light in ice/vending area kept going on and off while I collected ice and attempted to buy a soda.

Dead roaches on the floor. Desk chair very old. Mirror near bathroom had spots of gross stuff stuck on it that couldn’t be removed.

No room service for cleaning room didn't know I had to request service thought it came automatically

Little week on the breakfast. It's an older facility, so it's a little run down.

Candice has been amazing. She made me feel welcomed and loved. She’s very kind and helpful and made the stay better.

Cleaning could improve.

The entire stay was exactly what i needed. The staff WANTED to help and actually went above and beyond to help with what i needed. The room was cold, just how i wanted it.. Great AC in the hot Alabama heat. The Room was clean.. Very clean. When i asked for more towels... I got more than enough. Instead of just one.
