Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private pool which meant we moved between the lovely cool room to our daybed and the pool throughout the day. The daybed was always in the shade which suited us perfectly but if you want to be in the full sun, it might be worth mentioning this when you book. Food was very tasty with menu changes every night. There is a supermarket 10 minutes or so walk away and everything else a short taxi ride away.

The bathroom situation is a little odd, in that with the exception of the actual toilet, everything is open plan. Not a total disaster, but something to bear in mind if you are going with someone other than your partner😊

If you're looking to disappear, relax, recharge and enjoy the finer things in life - Tsami Zante Suites is the place to be. An adult only facility with a private beach and three pools plus suits with private pools, I've returned truly rested and recharged. We had an amazing stay at Tsami. The front of house and the hospitality staff were exceptional. They were professional, friendly and eager to make our stay just a little more special. While Mr Customer Experience himself, Vasili delivered world-class support from start to end - he makes you feel like a treasured family member and long last friend. The food was delicious and the cost for lunch and drinks were very responsible. Well done and thank you to Christina and her team on a great resort, you have everything you need and beautifully located near enough to town to explore or shop but far enough to enjoy some quality downtime. We look forward to our next visit!

Staff - Never seen such amazing people working for a hotel like here. All of them (!!) are absolutely friendly, polite, kind, warmhearted, funny and so hard working to make you have the greatest time. Hotel, rooms & facility - we got a very beautiful room with private pool. It was always very clean and has everything you need. There was a shower and a bath tube in the room too. The are also 3 big pool areas with a variation of amazing sunbeds. Food & restaurants - we booked with halfboard so we could daily taste the various food the chef was creating. There was always enough of everything, variations of meat, salads, pasta, greek specialities and also many vegetarian options. For vegan people there is also an extra restaurant (but once you taste the greek meat and food - you will never want to be vegan again 😜🇬🇷) Specials - there was a gym, a SPA, and also a hotel owned beach. Nearly every night there was a special theme night with live music or instruments. There is also a car rent option or activities to book at the hotel. They will arrange everything you want 😊 ! Location - the location of the hotel is very good and we would recommend a car or another transfer option if you want to see something of the island. There is a supermarket nearby too. All in one - it was a PERFECT stay for us! The team is very hard working to make us the perfect stay. Thank YOU ALL for this amazing visit!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Amazing hotel, super comfortable and familiar. The outside areas are just amazing. The hotel is seafront with amazing views. It has 3 pools who are simply amazing and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great. It has a buffet and a la carte restaurants also very good.

It is a little away of the nearest towns (tsivilli, Alykes) 10 min by scooter or car. But I would say you really need moto or car if you want to leave the hotel.

Entire stay excellent, quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seaview room was brilliant. Mattress sunbeds very comfortable- would definitely recommend a holiday there to just relax and refresh.

The service was superb, the waiters, receptionists and the cleaners were very helpful and humble. It was nice for us to have a free room upgrade (room with jakuzzi instead of the regular room), and on leaving we received a gift and the owner came to say goodbye personally.

Absolutely everything! The room was amazing, staff was lovely, facilities are fabulous, and the food was so delicious. Location is great, just in front of a cristal clear water (no sand though).

The shower bathroom could have a door to prevent water from wetting the room.

As soon as we arrived we got a real warm welcome. The staff is super friendly and mr vasili(i hope i write the name correctly) is there to help you with your luggage and does everything with a smile. The room was surprisingly large and my only complaint the entire stay was that the room could have been a bit cleaner especially the shower. Aside from that everything Gets a 10 from us. The food is lovely and unlike many buffets at all inclusive hotels there are a lot of healthy options as well if you are into those things. The staff in the restaurant is super kind as well. There are 3 Pools and since the resort is not to big there is always a Nice and comfy beach bed available somewhere aswell as a place at their private beach where you can see some real interesting stuff snorkling. Overall would recommend to anyone that wants to have a nice relaxing holiday.

The room could have been a bit more clean

It was more than just accommodation. It was an experience. I found peace, I was treated with care and respect, and every corner of the property seemed to say: “You’re welcome here.” Great connection with the staff! Especially Athena & Vasily. 🤗

Great friendly staff, we got a room upgrade and the trip exceeded our expectations.
