I cannot rate Chaska Pisac highly enough, this was my wife and I's favorite stay our two weeks in Peru. The staff was amazing, they accommodated multiple requests throughout our stay, and they made an amazing breakfast. It was also one of our favorite breakfasts our entire trip. The garden and courtyard area was so relaxing, and the apartment room was very cozy. Having fresh tea available all the time in the lobby was really nice, and we enjoyed being central to everything in Pisac. This stay definitely exceeded our expectations, so if you are passing through Pisac, definitely make a stop here!

Nothing I can think of, everything was great.

Nice and close to square. Staff friendly and helpful. Love the courtyard with Alpaca and places to sit. Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Water and coca leaves tea always available.

Was very noisy at times and found it hard to sleep both at night and if napping during the day. Mostly from cars beeping- but think the circus being in town had a lot to do with the night noise. Took a nasty fall getting out of shower and hit head hard on basin - could do with a handrail. Shower temp was also spasmodic and could suddenly be scorching hot and then cold.

Entering the hotel from a busy street appeared like stepping into another world: the lobby had the air of a calm retreat space with wonderful art and nice music playing. All the rooms are arranged on two floors around an inner court yard which is a magnificent garden, with a lounge area in the middle. Our room also had a nice view on the Urubamba River, which ran right next to the hotel. There's also a gym facility which we didn't use. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly, accommodating our request to store our luggage for some more time after check-out, while we visited the Potato Park.

We made the reservation on the arrival day quite late (after noon). We reached the place at midnight and the staff was quite polite. The room was clean and comfortable, they had warm water and the blankets were enough for a cozy sleep even though there wasn't a heat system. The backyard is astonishing, there are rabbits all over the place, full of flowers and trees and the river of Urumbaba crossing literally next to the complex. The breakfast was impressive. Out of any expectation.

The only "grey" thing is that the adapters did not fit properly in the sockets.

This was the best place we stayed at in Peru! Janisse and the other staff at Chaska are wonderful and very helpful. We stayed five nights and loved the breakfast, the gardens, and the sound of the river while lying in bed. The giant hummingbird watching while eating breakfast the best part! The gardens are very peaceful and we stepped outside to stargaze a few nights too. The location is very close to where the collectivos and taxis are right off the main road. We were not bothered by the road noise while sleeping at all! The bed was super comfy and there was also hot water for the shower. When we come back to Pisac we would definitely stay here again. 🙏🏼

It was all wonderful!!

The premises are lovely, with a beautiful garden including a seating area and sport devices. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. The bathroom boasted a bath tub, the showers are warm. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was extensive.

Unfortunately, the accomodation is located next to the main roads in Pisac, where all the traffic of the area comes through. Especially during the day, it was quite noisy in the garden and in the rooms. Because of that, we left one day earlier than planned.

I liked everything but more than anything this lovely family. They are very open and flexible to respond to my request (room change), make sure everything is ok, very informative about the area (based on Sr. Daniel’s advice I decided what to do where to go during my 6 nights stay) and loved the atmosphere they all make to welcome guests. And papa Leo took care of me in English whenever he saw me. Rosnely and Eulalia are very patient and so kind to show me the locations, Rosnely even came out to show me exact point to catch the colectivo super early in the morning. De nuevo muchas gracias Daniel, Janisse, papá Leo, Rosnely, Eulalia and princesa Victoria for making my stay unexpectedly comfortable.

It’s a beautiful place, very well tended. The garden is gorgeous, the kitchen is very useful and the super nice touch of offering hot drinks all day and night was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The family is extremely nice and helpful. The location is great. As for the room, it was very comfortable, large, nicely decorated and super clean. The water gets very hot ( yay) and beds are super comfy. A great place.

My only downside is that there is no heater ( but again I never asked for one either) and it gets very cold at night.

We arrived to Pisac tired from weeks of travel and needing a few days rest. Everything at this hostel was inviting and we'll thought out. Water bottles were waiting in the room. The breakfasts cost a little extra, but were so beautiful and delicious. We got the deluxe suite and we're surprised to find an amazing bathtub! My first bath in Peru! I got a wonderful massage on sight, and my partner, who is a birder, and I loved watching the hummingbirds visiting the garden. The vibe was super chill and everyone was friendly. We were a bit surprised to enter the hostel via a busy main street, but inside was quiet and welcoming, an oasis. And we ended up loving the convenience of being right around the corner from the old town, market, shops, and restaurants.

Stayed in the apartment which as very spacious and beautiful. The staff were absolutely lovely and the whole place was very cosy. I loved the garden and the bunnies and people playing music at night. The facilities were great. The only downside was the double bed was quite uncomfortable, and it was loud being on the main road however this is nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t fix. Close to lots of nice places to eat and shop
