The room was huge

The breakfast was mediocre and. Breakfast area is way too small for size of hotel!! Huge waste of countertop space by the coffee. All of the cold beverages need to be moved to that countertop to make more room to spread out the food inside the tiny breakfast nook. Was very crowded and chaotic in tiny space!! Recommend hotel remodel and enlarge the entire area and reorganize the complete layout that makes sense and helps guests flow through. The one and only trash bin was overflowing and insufficient number of tables. The 2 staff just stood there waiting g for everyone e to leave instead of emptying trash and cleaning off tables for guests to have a place to sit and eat.

Fantastic staff (thank you again for receiving my online shopping parcels for me), free breakfast, quiet room facing to the back of the building, large enough room, great quality mattress. Free parking. Kitchenette. Supermarket across the road. Perfect location. Despite a few negative things - we would come again.

Breakfast quality was ok, but not great - wife chose a healthy musli in our room over a free breakfast..... We planned to cook every night and therefore booked a a room with kitchenette - however, there were only 2 small pots, bowls for toddlers and very poor quality cutlery. We ended up buying some bowls ourselves so we could have breakfast and pasta. Oh, and forget about wine glasses or salt and pepper. Next time we know and bring a few things

it was not a 3 star mainstay suites, it was "sleep in" a 2 start hotel, they had a name changed and they put sign for mainstay suites next to sleep in, it was an okay hotel not upto the standards of mainstay, overall not a disappointment as the room was spacious plenty of space with eating table and kitchen accessories, breakfast was okay too.

The hotel was centrally located in Moab so it was easy to walk anywhere, The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of different items to chooise from.

The parking was cramped and they could use more for the facility. The room with the breakfast buffet was too small. There was a huge clog of people that was hard to get around. The layout could be changed to make it better.

Staff were very responsive and courteous. Very good breakfasts so we didn’t have to go find breakfast every morning. Room had everything we needed. Grocery store right across the street. Gas station a block a way. Beds were comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were always quick so it was never a long wait. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen utensils were a bit limited but we made it work. Perhaps provide scissors for kitchen. More fruits for breakfast, apples? Provide nuts for oatmeal.

The room was an efficiency which provided us with everything we needed for a three night stay. A full size refrigerator and cooking area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

The bathroom could use some updating. We were on the first floor and could not open our darkened drapes for some reason. They were either stuck or the management was concerned about privacy which made the room very dark. We were on the first floor in the back with parking.

The staff was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean. We were originally booked for one night, but a snowstorm hit and we ended up needing to stay another night. Even after I had turned in the keys, the staff quickly and kindly got our rooms back for us without any hassle. Their flexibility and friendliness made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Room was large and comfy with great kitchen area with full sized fridge. Large closet and plenty of space to spread out including dinette table. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lobby area is very comfortable. Pool area and hot tub nice. Right within walking distance to downtown Moab. Beds very comfortable. Newer hotel.

Housekeeping rules are very difficult to understand and was not done to our request. Very frustrating with 3 different requests and still not getting what was needed. Had to get towels, TP, and Kleenex/soap at the desk.

Great room with a view of the wild area behind the hotel (we saw 8 deer on the day we left). Right sized-room, love the kitchen area. Comfy beds and plenty of drawer and closet space. Hot tub was fabulious after a day of hiking. Perfect location!

Wish there was a setting on the bedside lamps that wasn't so bright. Even just doing one bulb, it was hard to read and not disturb others in the room trying to sleep with brightness. Not a big deal, just a little thing.
