The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. Your front staff when we checked in was exceptionally friendly. Your housekeeping staff were so nice and did a wonderful job preparing the room.

I asked for a wakeup call on the morning of June 8th and did not receive a call. That could have been a problem as we were meeting family and friends that morning. Fortunately, I was awake at 5:30. Also, when we went down for coffee at 6:15, it was cold and we had to ask for fresh coffee to be made. The person never apologized and did not seem very happy about our request. Otherwise, the breakfast was ok. Certainly, not something to write home about. A good light in the bathroom would be appreciated, as well as a good mirror elsewhere in the room Perhaps you should install a wake up call machine so the request could be put in and then no one is responsible for waking your guests.

I work full time with Bluefield University and have been staying at this location for 20 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice for an overnight (or two) stay for work.

Tearing up the sidewalks outside during our visit but at least they were not working at night. :)

Staff checking in at night and leaving in the morning was great and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We stayed here on the way home from Siesta Key, FL to Youngstown, OH

There was no elevator in the building to the second floor which was likely the way it was designed. It was not an issue for us. I assume that the staff would place you in a first floor room if you could not walk us stairs.

Overall the stay was good. Very comfortable beds ( a little high).The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Room and dining room was clean.

Wasn't crazy about the location. But it wasn't too far from Walmart and Restaurants. There were a few stores in the shopping center.

The breakfast was good. Actually surprised by the options. The staff was great at changing our reservation to fit our changing travel plans.

Honestly the only issue we encountered was the bathroom sink drain didn't drain efficiently. Backed up quickly and took minutes to drain. Not impressed with the weird tiny square bed pillows. Will bring our own in the future.

The staff was friendly, Jordan checked us in and she was awesome. Crystal checked us out and she was great too!! The breakfast was good with a nice selection to choose from.

It was nice and clean very cozy check in was a breeze the hallways in this hotel smelled so pleasant my room was very clean nice and quiet I love that the staff used to bleach to clean the rooms the linings on the bed were clean pretty and white breakfast was a blast great location hospitality was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The selection is varied and delicious. The "hot food' is hot and the "cold food & drink" is cold. The buffet is one the main reasons I stay there. The staff is professional and helpful.

First of all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. It’s sort of in the middle of nowhere, but as two women traveling we felt very safe here.

No complaints

The location, staff, breakfast and beds were great! The local wild bears were adorable in the dumpsters as well!

The smell of the room was very musty.. and the shower had mold under the shower mat. The plate behind the handle of the shower was also broken and just hanging, exposing the inner shower wall and all its funk.. there was also no elevator to take all of our stuff upstairs, which was totally fine.. but something to be noted.
