The lobby of the new wing smells cigarette. I hope they’ll find a way to add more exhaust in the casino.

Spacious rooms, water pressure was good and with hot and cold. Many selections during breakfast.

Took quite some time to check in since there was also an event. However I'm already done with signing some papers and paid the security deposit before the big crowd was there. I was told that the room was still being cleaned and wait for 10-15 mins. Waited for 25-30mins and the room we were given was different from the one I signed. The check in counter was so crowded that time. On the free golf cart service to and from casino, they should check every now and then if there are people in the waiting area specially at the casino. The golf cart was parked outside the hotel. We waited for some time at the casino but it didn't came so we decided to walk instead. It was night that time so not too hot to walk.

The 3-bed room is what we liked about this hotel.

We arrived at 3:30pm and check-in was supposed to be 2pm. We were told that we needed to wait another hour to prep our room. Such a disappointment. When we asked of they offer at least free coffee or a welcome drink since we needed to wait a while, the staff straightly answered no. We felt it was unfair for us since we paid for full and we should use the room in full or at least get a partial refund or something else as way of apology but nothing.

Room excellent. Linens smells nice and clean. Room with a view. Breakfast was a box breakfast. Had to check out very early. John, front desk clerk suggested that we get a box lunch since we had to check out real early.

Sorry! None that I recall. The staff are all very attentive to our needs. As a matter of fact, they let us use the golf cart to go to the twin towers. We could have walked but they insisted to use the golf cart because it was hot in the afternoon and wants us to be comfortable.

Spacious rooms with modern facilities

The morning breakfast. There were more of Korean, Philippines, and Chinese food. Pork was never separated from those who don't take Pork. The cutlery was not separated from Pork and non pork. The reception smells of cigars, which came from the casino. There should be no open space between the reception area and the casino

Rooms were very clean and nice. We ate breakfast at the 4th floor and there were not a lot of people and food was fresh. The staff were all nice and welcoming. Pool was also nice. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

They room service charged for a bucket of ice. but the front desk reversed the charges so thank you for that. the mall and some of the restaurants were still closed. Hoping to stay here again when all the facilities are open.

The variety of choices of food for the breakfast buffet was superb,also the lunch buffet.Every single dish live up to being kapampangan as culinary capital.All the staffs were polite and accommodating.Service was excellent.

We like and love everything during our stay.Everything was pleasant and excellent.Just continue what you've been doing and more so we hope that you maintain the excellent service that youve started.The rooms were so perfect so spacious.The bathroom is huge so elegant,pictures shown as example doesnt give justice as the actual,So intricately designed for a relaxing and comfort stay.This is specific for our experience at the premiere rooms that we booked.Definitly a great choice when planning to stay in clark.Highly recommended.

Hehe, I was not allowed to swim in the new ROYCE Hotel building as much as I was only check-in in the old hotel building. This gave me the impression that the new ROYCE Hotel and Casino are managed by other groups of investors. Come to think about it, Its illogical to advise me (one of your hotel staff) "Sir, hindi naman po pala kayo naka check-in dito sa bagong building kaya di po kayo pwedeng mag swimming dito". I feel so embarrassed even though Im not planning to go swimming. But my guest was surprised. I suggest that, next time advise us about your amenities if your swimming is inclusive.

Rooms are bigger than any of the hotels inside Clark. Cleanliness is superb and staff are accommodating and courteous.

1. The soap bar needs to be improved, texture is course and leaves a lot of residue which is bad for our water systems. Also, it’s sticky on the skin. 2. The buffet spread is quite limited compared to Quest Hotel considering the price point. Add more food variety to add more value for money.

The room is very big with so much space to walk around. The bed is firm but not hard. I like the layout of the bathroom wherein there is a separate toilet and shower area with special toiletries provided. The spread during breakfast has variety and there were changes during the two days we were there.

There is really nothing in particular not to like.
