Hotel is designed as a motel, the entrance to the room is from the outside corridor. The beds are comfortable, but the room is really basic, we also had baby cot inside and thete was no place left to open a suitcase... but it was quiet, the room is great for sleeping, there are free parking lots in front of the hotel. They got us a cot for the baby. We were satisfied with our stay, but the hotel is suitable for overnight stays, nothing more... Breakfast was great, fresh baguettes, croissants, cheese, yogurt, butter, jams, delicious coffee from the machine, nutella, pancakes.

The bath needs to be renovated. Room is small.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Very good breakfast. The supply of free chilled still or sparkling water was a nice touch.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Friday evening, having particularly selected a hotel with a restaurant in case we didn't feel like going out to eat that evening. If this is a regular thing, it needs to be explained on the website. In the event we arrived in good time and were able to walk into the centre of Angers (quite a long walk but pleasant enough and we discovered a lovely public arboretum along the way) and had a very good meal at a creperie there.

We have been staying here for years and always found the staff to be excellent. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our booking this time and we went into a twin instead of a double (really not an issue), although the aircon wasn’t working. They did give us breakfast for free as way of an apologie and we were still very happy with the service and hotel. Staff speak very good English and are very welcoming, they really do make the hotel a nice place to stay. We will be coming back next year.

For the money you could not complain about anything.

Very spacious and clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with walk in shower with good water pressure. Good quality towels. Great value for money. Very good breakfast. Lots of restaurants a short walk away and hypermarket a 2 min drive away. Close to the motorway. On site restaurant- we didn’t eat there but have eaten at other Campanile restaurants and found them very good value and quality. Will definitely return.

Hotel is next to a road junction and there was a bit of road noise during the evening/night.

I liked the cool room after a hot and long drive. I liked the friendly staff who didn't mind my rusty French after a year. The staff looked after my insulin in a very competent way. I LOVED the entree buffet at supper time because I have diabetes and a weird diet which keeps me well but which is often a big hassle in public places. No problem here... a wonderful variety of healthy dishes. Except that breakfast could do with a green salad along with the fruit! And rye bread along with all of what most people love as the sugary delights.

My bedroom kettle didn't work but the manager quite quickly found one that did ! I could have done with more than one full strength tea bag. There is nothing to dislike about the Campanile formula. Hotels Campanile provide everything a tired and busy traveller needs. And with a smile.

This motel offers excellent value for money, pet-friendliness, and a convenient check-in and check-out process. Breakfast is included, and the prices remain reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making them suitable for an overnight stay during road trips.

The breakfast is a bit basic, with sausages, but not much to go with them. The soundproofing could be better, as the windows face a corridor, not very private if you open the blinds.

Very (very) friendly and helpful staff - each one I came across - from cleaners to reception to restaurant. Great location, just off the motorway in a quiet area with plently of local restaurants - although hotel's own restaurant is a good choice. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Secure parking (at no extra cost) which is locked at night. Dog friendly.

This was exactly what we were looking for. A place not far from the highway, with surveilled parking, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, cozy and with a delicious breakfast in the morning. I recommend it 100%

There is no elevator (that we know of) to go to the rooms. Only one stair outside. But this was not a problem for us

Great location and a good hotel to stay at on our journey to the south of France. Staff were helpful. Free parking on site. kettle available in the room. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. We slept well.

There were net curtains at the window, as it was a ground floor room and the window sills hadn't been cleaned behind them. Only spotted this as we tried to open a window as it was hot.

Clean and comfortable room. We were pleased to find the electric heater had been turned on in our room so it was lovely and warm. The shower had plenty of hot water and was powerful. The lady running reception and the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. The dinner menu main courses were limited but we were happy with the options. The starter buffet and the main course we chose were very good.

A softer pillow would be good.
