It Is a colonial style building reminiscent of the British era. Furniture, door handles, ceiling height , size of the room, flooring, curtains and overall ambience tastefully designed. It’s located on mall avenue road , a prime area in the city. The Awadhi cuisine in the restaurant is a must try and thanks to the restaurant manager Vipin for his recommendations. An extremely warm and customer friendly person .

Maybe the speed of service at Azrak restaurant can be improved but not a major concern if you reach out to the right people especially the restaurant manager Vipin.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was an excellent experience, including the breakfast, which we truly enjoyed. Everyone consistently asked if we needed anything and whether everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was spotlessly clean. We even received a lovely personal card from the housekeeper, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and if we visit India again, we will definitely choose to stay here.

This is a lovely heritage hotel with a calm peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are nice & the house staff are great. The breakfast is fantastic & dining staff are very helpful & friendly. We had dinner there which was excellent. There is a nice rooftop bar.

The rooms can sometimes smell a bit musty. The pool was closed for maintenance & the garden was taken over by a huge marquee for an upcoming wedding so there was nowhere to sit outside. We tried to book direct with Divya who unfortunately was not helpful & we ended up booking on booking.com.

Saraca is worth it! The property is a beautiful old house which is well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. The food was excellent. The Nihari and biryani is a must try. But it was the service that was outstanding. The entire team is polite, happy to help and always smiling. Naish, Chitra Chauhan, Ankur and Shyam Ji were people we interacted with regularly. But the ones whose names we did not find out were equally fabulous. Thank you Team Saraca.

We arrived quite early but they very quickly took us to our room. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was excellent. Throughout our stay the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly and helped make our stay memorable. The pool was very clean and nicely secluded. Breakfast was a staggering variety of different foods.

We did have a pizza in their Italian themed restaurant but the pizza base was quite odd and not something we recognised which was a little disappointing but not terrible

We liked almost everything about the hotel. The house keeping staff were very attentive. The food was excellent. The grounds were clean. I would recommend the hotel in spit of the difficulties encountered at check out,

We aimed to leave at leave for the airport at 5:00. It took us over half an hour to check out. The person on the desk did not know how to do the checkout. Eventually he called his supervisor who did the check out in under 5 minutes. The persons on the front desk on the night shift needs to be trained in the check out procedure. It is not their fault they do not know the procedure. It is management's responsibility to make sure they re properly trained.

Beautiful hotel. You’ll enjoy the terraces and quiet spaces. It’s a sanctuary from crazy Lucknow.

Pool was closed (no mention of that when we booked) staff a bit hit and miss. Some friendly others not so much. The restaurants are ok but VERY expensive. You’re a long way from the old town and drivers don’t know the hotel so we struggled to get back every time we went out. Thank goodness for google maps - we had to direct them.

We had a wonderful stay and experience in the hotel Saraca Lucknow (Lebua until 31st of December). This heritage property holds a great history as it used to be the house of Nawabs. We were immediately transported back in time and could really feel the spirit of Lucknow. The room was nice, clean and the bed was really soft and comfortable. But what made our experience truly unique was the hotel staff; everyone was smiling, friendly, polite and very helpful. At the reception, both Abdulla and Gulafsha made sure we had a smooth check in and check out, they replied to all our queries and even gave us some recommendations about the city. Last but not least, the food and the Azrak restaurant staff. We booked last minute a table for New Years. The live music was great and we were gifted with New Year Eve accessories. Thumbs up for the whole organization. The buffet was delicious and we had the pleasure to meet the Chef Manish who took time for us. His hospitality and care were very much appreciated, the food was outstanding, excellent, and we can not thank him enough for his time and kindness. At the service, special thanks to Arman and Pramod who took very good care of us during the whole evening at the next day during breakfast. To sum up our experience, this property and its amazing restaurants really is a hidden gem in Lucknow, and shines especially thanks to its wonderful staff and history. It is still a bit underrated so we can only recommend our fellow travelers to visit this place

Just the toilet flush wasn’t working really well but when we told about it to the staff they immediately offered to send someone to fix it.

Centrally located, clean and tidy, very supportive staff and good value for money. We misplaced a packet containing chicken work fabric that we had purchased in the courtyard; staff had kept that in the lost luggage counter and gave it to us when we enquirer about that. Ms.Swetha in the Indian Restaurant close to the reception was very helpful and hospitable. Employees like her will add tremendous value to your property.

Nothing much. May be pricing in the restaurant can be a bit more reasonable.

The staff were fantastic - especially the staff in the restaurant, Ravi Kumar and head chef Manish, and all general support staff/housekeeping. Setting and design of the hotel is beautiful- the garden, pool, main dining area. It is a little piece of paradise in Lucknow

Food prices in the restaurant were high (and there are few other options in walking distance of the hotel) and the mark up on alcohol was exorbitant bordering on greedy. A glass of Indian wine is less expensive at the Taj in Mumbai!
