You cannot beat the beautiful, peaceful location in cala La Fosca. We can hear the waves when sleeping. The breakfast is really good, local, high quality products. Fireplace was a plus in February!Nice staff too.

We booked at a great rate via booking a basic room at the hostal. We didn't want to upgrade for sea view or deluxe. It was basic indeed. But all the rest was so much more outstanding that it didn't matter.

The room had a very nice design I really enjoyed, nothing too much but well done. Breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the people around me and their way of serving guests. It was a nice experience and left a good and welcoming impression. The location was perfect - you could run nearly naked directly from bed to the sea. Going out the house first is the beach you see. There was also a nice balcony with a roof to sit and enjoy the storm outside when it was raining. Definitely recommended as silent and a good place for nonseason. They also sell the local wine what I enjoyed a lot.

The water pressure in the shower was very week.

Loved the location and restaurant. We really liked the fire in the evening, it was so cozy. Food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. The staff were lovely, freindly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small and didn't like the shower curtain but can't see how that can be changed. The towel rail was damaged and the end was covered with sellotape. Should have been replaced. These are just minor things that wouldn't stop me coming back.

the placement is wonderful, the staff more than friendly. The bonus advantage is that the drinks, icecreams, etc are directly put into the room account so our daughters could order something to drink or icecreams when we we walking and we didn't have to have any money on us while on the beach. The breakfast provide a lot of choice of different food - sweet and salty, a selection of fruit juices and teas - everything is very tasty. The private parking is very big and in a pine forest so there is plenty of shadow and the cars don't get too hot - very important when it's sunny!

The bathrooms are tiny and the shower curtain has a tendency to stick to your back. Also the water is everywhere while taking a shower so great care must be taken to provide for additional rugs to remove the water from the bathroom. But it didn't disturb us a lot.

Hostal La Fosca has a wonderful seafront setting and upon the Cami de Ronda footpath, making it a great location to explore this exceptionally beautiful coastline. The staff are very friendly and professional and the hotels rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable.

Excellent location and amenities. Exceptional staff and inclusive breakfast. The quality (food and service) of the hotels' restaurant is fenominal! Absolutely will go back!

Poor ventilation in the bathroom made the room slightly smelly and humid.

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they answered all our questions. The breakfast was excellent. The location of Hostal la Foscal is ideal and it was really nice to be on the sea front.

Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. You are directly on the beach and there are brilliant views of the sea.

Super minor complaint but its a bit tricky to figure out that the entrance is through the restaurant.

Location fantastic, right on the beach. Nice staff and good restaurant. Bed a bit hard and no aircon so the sleep was not perfect. Overall very good value. We can recomend.

As I said no aircon is hard when you try to sleep. The hotel is only 2 stars so that is what you can expext. It did have a fan.

The breakfasts were delicious, the location is stunning, stepping out and straight on the beach front. The staff were friendly and so helpful, especially as I had an early check out and they arranged a take-away breakfast for me.
