Very spacious SUPER SUPER clean room and bathroom. That's a 10! Nice balcony. Good and plenty choices breakfast. Nice reception staff! The sea side is very close!

The balcony handle door was kind of broken, so to open I had to be very careful not to broken it for good. The waitresses at breakfast was having some funny comments about other guests and colleagues, in our presence, careless if we can hear it. The big smile not always means professionalism.

Personnel is super friendly and always helps. Cleaning team is amazing, always super proper room. The shower that doesn’t let water leak outside - rare brilliant :) And pet-friendly!!! Location is top, close to the beach. Public fridge available any time.

Secure Quiet and close to all amenities and beaches. With adequate outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and pool table. Lovely meals (Seafood Paella a must) Also dog friendly

Almost nothing except the outdated bath/shower with half shower door hence letting water drip on the floor (poor Chambermaid should ask for a bonus). There is a bidet to compensate I guess

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The pool was great. We spent lots of time there. The food was excellent. Very good value. I will come back and stay there.

This hotel had everything I wanted for an enjoyable vacation at the beach in Fosca, Costa Brava. The rooms were clean, comfortable , air conditioned with daily maid service. The breakfast was a varied and delicious buffet and the evening meal also delicious. There was also a pool and the hotel was a short stroll to the beach. I have only good things to say about Hotel Ancora and would love to come back to the Costa Brava and Hotel Ancora.,

The WiFi was unreliable.

Great location very short walk to the picturesque beach/bay. Excellent food at a reasonable price in the restaurant lovely and full continental breakfast. Lovely pool, was a little too cold for me to swim in

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, good balcony, sunshade already out Breakfast very good, plenty of choice, even possible to eat out in the large garden.

A room safe is always useful, but reception would look after valuables

A comfortable hotel 2 blocks from the beach with a great breakfast is a wonderful place to spend an affordable week in beautiful La Fosca. Our room was comfortable and clean with daily maid service.

The situation, the facilities, although we didn't use them, the breakfast was excellent.

The air con didn't seem to work but only tried to use on the last evening so didn't report it.

Clean hotel , easy walk to La Fosca beach . Good pool, with shade available

The walls are thin so can hear noise from other rooms including the occasional dog barking from other rooms.
