We had a junior suite on the 7th floor which was fabulous with air conditioning and loads of windows. Access to a huge balcony (although it has a sheer drop down if you don't like heights!) and comfortable loungers and views right across the bay. Tea and coffee were supplied and there was a fridge in the room. There was a large bath in the bedroom, which we personally do not like but there was a large walk in shower and a separate toilet. We had dinner every night included and it was excellent value and choice (3 courses, included wine bottled water and bread) Breakfast was mainly buffet with some cooked items (bacon and egg), there was plenty of choice for everyone. We particularly liked that they used linen cloths and serviettes on the tables, lovely ambience in the restaurant.

Good location. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic large balcony with sun beds overlooking the pool. Hotel restaurant offered an excellent range of menus ( with a set menu for guests which was extremely affordable and good value!) Staff were very helpful and wanting too please.

The hotel itself could not be faulted, however road improvements outside the hotel did slightly reduce direct assess to beach front and view from grounds. Very limited parking, it must be pre- booked well in advance, which fortunately we did, so if you want onsite parking make sure you pre booked ! Rooms with street view, may possibly leave guests with a different experience on view from room!

Front line on the promenade. Staff were all lovely. It is a tradition Spanish hotel (not over modernised) but definitely does not suffer for that. Lunch was excellent. Great breakfast choices. Good value. Nice pool area (though we did not use). I believe it is open year round too.

Not a lot of private garaged parking actually at the hotel (8 spaces) but good sized bays. There is a public car park a few minutes walk away. ALL the promenade is being dug up at the moment (April 2025) and it didn’t look like it was going to be finished anytime soon. It made it “interesting” trying to make our way (by car) to the hotel - found the garage parking by happenstance!

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff, especially at reception. Great location with easy walks to/on the beach and to the harbour, cafes and restaurants, and basic grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Pleased we had a balcony, despite the wind. Breakfast and the actual dining room were both special! Our room was old style but very comfortable, and the public areas of the hotel are styley as if from an earlier era! Just lovely! Roof parking with access into the hotel from there was ideal. Although there are street and beachfront renovations going on, the place is spotless and it did not impact our stay, though we were there in a public holiday.

I loved this Hotel! The rooms are huge, the beds are extremely comfortable, the breakfast has a lot of options and it is super tasty. The Hotel is right in front of the beach and it also has a pool with a lot of sunbeds. There is also a restaurant with great food and service. I stayed with a friend for only 1 night as we were doing a diving experience. We definitely wished we could have stayed more.

Nothing - everything we needed, they have it and staff made it seem easy/simple to do. Nothing was an issue or concern.

Everything at this property was fantastic from the reception staff on arrival, the standard of cleanliness in the hotel was amazing. All of the staff the cleaners, bar staff, grounds men, restaurant staff and others I may of missed were all friendly, polite, professional. The location is also prefect to the beach and the old town.

It was fabulous..... We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our view from the terrace was lovely and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable 8 nights stay. We will come back to this hotel, for sure.

We think that when residents leave the pool area (seating and beds), other than being in the actual pool, they should not leave their towels on the chairs or beds. There were more beds with towels than people in the pool which indicated they were 'saving' their bed which isn't quite fair to other residents. Other than that, everything was excellent with this hotel and we did manage to get some time at the pool.

Great location with beach across the road. Colonial style decor in dining areas and reception. Didn’t mind the slightly dated en-suite which was in keeping with the age/style of the hotel. Pool conveniently situated at the front with good bar/eating facilities. Good number of elderly guests who appear to be loyal returnees. Very relaxing atmosphere

Very welcoming hotel.

Nothing to dislike just would be nice if the bar stayed open a little later than it does. A kettle would have been nice to have in the room. Also during our stay we had very strong winds coming off the sea & it blew straight into our room which was very draughty through the patio door & curtains were moving & made the room very cool.

Lovely traditional hotel with big rooms and great view. Nice breakfast. Great pool.

Could be more environmentally friendly. Lots of plastic wrappers on bedding and tea bags etc. and they changed the towels each day even when we asked fi them not to be.
