The management was very helpful! My plane was leaving early in the morning and I had to wake the staff to help get me a taxi. The hotel is very secure! I had to be let out at 430 in the morning so my dog could potty. The night manager was very patient. My spanish is limited. I'm glad the management had a good grasp of the English language. Plus, the onsight Cafe has a wonderful chef. Only draw back would be if stairs are a problem, no elevator. My dog and I enjoyed our stay!

I love everything about my stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we were upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony and lovely view of the church! The breakfast was a traditional costa rican style breakfast and was delicious and filling. The location was perfect with a 10 dollar taxi ride to the airport. This was a lovely last stop before returning home with a beautiful church and lots of nice restaurants with reasonable prices.

Perfect place for our one-night stay in Alajuela before an early morning flight. Great location right in the very centre of town, very big bed, AC in the bedroom, warm water in the shower, and a good breakfast. The hotel also called us a taxi which was waiting for us right on time to take us to the airport. Would recommend this place to other travellers.

Front of desk Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Even offered to prepare a breakfast outside of hours as had to leave early. Perfect for a night stay from airport

Communication prior to arrival was a little confusing, private taxi was booked before hand but never confirmed how to find them on arrival. Luckily he did arrive and all was fine but added some stress after a 14 hour flight

Gabriel who was at reception went out of his way to assist us to get to the airport at 5.30 a.m. and even packed us some breakfast and paid for the taxi. We stayed in the king bedroom at the back of the hotel. The hotel is quite modern and everything works. Bed was comfy, hot shower with good water pressure. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride to the airport and is close to restaurants and the town square and safe to walk around in the evening. It is perfect if you have to stay in SJO for a couple of days and have a flight to catch.

The room was very clean and just less than 100 meters form the center. Everything happening was very close. There was an open dance party at the park nearby. I did not have to worry about going back late to the hotel.

The breakfast could have been better and bigger.

The property is very clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location for us was excellent, right in the center of Alajuela. A small town north of San Jose and the airport

It doesn’t have a parking lot. But for a fee you can find several parking lots around the property. You do want to make sure that you ask if you can leave your car overnight. Some parking lots don’t.

Having to leave at 3:30am to catch a very early flight , so we didn’t get to sample the breakfast. But the night desk manager had a taxi waiting for us as promised which was great.

The staff is great. They're tactful, a skill necessary in the hospitality/customer service industry. Their team is excellent and helpful. I was happy giving them a tip.

The shower's water rises creating a mini pool. But this is no big deal, it can be fixed.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. We stayed there on the first and last day of our trip. Rooms are very nice and clean, food is good, staff very helpful. Location is great, right in the middle of Alajuela.

Internet connection was very poor often and not working in all areas. Managing pre-travel registration and flights took a while and was problematic sometimes.
