Some bugs bit me in the bed the last night.

Location, location... its very important! close to the USA embassy. There is only two spaces for parking but the guard is around all night.! The place still needs some details to cover but it is very good. The front desk is very polite and they helped a lot !

MOSQUITOSSSS my God... they were hard on us during breakfast... use repellent before going for breakfast! NOBODY is opening the doors when you arrive late at night!! beware of that issue specially like us that arrived on a 5 hours late flight from Houston... NOBODY answered by phone or at the front door, only the guard from the main road helped us to enter.

The hotel employee who greeted us at the desk was wonderful. He helped get us to our room and arranged for a 5 AM taxi to get us to the airport the next morning. I'm sorry we missed the breakfast, but the hotel put on a pleasant show during our brief stay. The central courtyard was pleasant and the hotel was generally quiet and peaceful.

The bed was a bit short for me (6'5"/197cm), and you could hear when a nearby room's water heater turned on. This hotel was in a pleasant neighborhood, but is not significantly close to the international airport. You'll still need a cab to get there, but it'll cost less than from downtown hotels (around $35).

I liked the lush garden and artistic whimsy of the communal spaces, lobby, restaurant, and bar. Lots of plants and animals within the common space. The room had air conditioning and was clean and private. I was able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and enjoy the farmers market nearby on Saturday morning.

I wasn't sure what attractions were near the B&B. But found La Sabana sports park and the main bus station were a short taxi ride from the hotel.

Comfortable little place. The lobby/ restaurant was clean and gave you a welcoming feeling. The owners were great and there if we needed anything. Our young kiddos loved to watch the fish and the birds in the garden area. It was about 20 min from the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and a Super.

There were a couple things that I didn't care for. I didn't like having to climb the steep stairs with four kids under 5 and carry our luggage up. Although there was plenty of space and beds, the beds were not very comfortable. Also, there were no fans, which would've helped A lot cause the AC doesn't really cool the front room.

Great breakfast, beautiful inside garden, I felt like we woke up in the jungle with the birds singing in the garden. We got in late 9:30 pm, were able to grab some food at a little Mercado close by and came back to dine in their outdoor bar area, lovely.

The building is older but charming, the furniture in the bedroom was a bit eclectic and older.

Nelson and his staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The space feels comfortable and welcoming to all who pass through. Variety of age demographics and made a handful of new friends, highly recommend for solo or group travel.

Out of the two stays here, one of the stays the bed was rock hard making it challenging to fall asleep/get comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in every area. The continental breakfast was wonderful with fresh bread. The botanical garden was the perfect place to relax in, it looked like a scene from shel Silverstein' poetry for children" where the wild things grow" . Conveniently located to everything.

The staff was so great! I arrived on a red eye flight and someone was there to check me in and show me to my room. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 4am! The breakfast was great! I didn't walk around much but it seemed to be close to restaurants and I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms could be cleaner. The beds and bedding were very clean, but things could use a deep clean.

The rooms are set behind a secure building entrance with a restaurant and relaxing common sitting area. The staff are really sweet and helpful and set me up in a better room on the second floor that had AC, a tv, and a minifridge. I loved that there were extra blanket and pillows in the closet if I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The spaghetti dinner was incredibly delicious was not expecting. I only stayed for 1 night but would definitely return. The price/value is fantastic for a solo traveler.
