I loved the people who work there. So warm and friendly and so helpful. I especially liked Karol (Karrol), Valerie, Stefano, Argelis, Stefanie and Natalia, just to name a few. The people made it a great place. Also the hotel is located across from a nice shopping center with very good restaurants, including Out Back and a good Peruvian restauant. Transportation is always available if you don't want to drive. Great breakfast buffet and good room service.

I did not like being assigned a room adjoining someone else's room. I prefer a room with four solid walls. I changed rooms after a week. You shouldn't be able to hear your neighbor snoring.

The breakfast was good, but I must say, not according to Europe standards. The room was excellent, they gave us a glass of champagne as welcome, everybody in hotel was very kind and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit weird, bc you have to cross the highway to get to shopping mall, lot of walking, but very short drive (our taxi driver told us that).

Just a breakfast little more adjusted to European standards, but I guess they don't have many guests from Europe.

The courtyard by Marriott exceeded our expectations for a 1 night stay. This hotel is beautiful for the value, extremely clean, modern and modern amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (shout out to the maintenance man who helped go through the trash to look for something I lost). They went above and beyond in this short stay. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I just wish I could have had a longer stay here. We also liked that there were restaurants within walking distance as well as being centrally located to the airport.

The rooms were modern and clean. The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast options were varied and high quality. The staff was lovely and helped arrange our ride to our next destination. We were pleasantly surprised by all the excellent dining options nearby.

The room was very nice, clean and big. The bathroom was aspecially nice and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and service minded. The breakfast was good. I stayed here because it is close to the shopping center Multiplaza to do my christmas shopping before flying home to Sweden. Multiplaza was in walking distance, however there's no side walk and you have to walk under a bridge, so I did not feel comfortable walking there after dark. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

The AC in the room was loud, however the room wasn't warm so I could just turn it off. I ordered a ceasar salad at the restaurant, and the lettuce was not fresh at all so I didn't eat it.

Great location close to the mall and a lot of restaurants. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. Friendly staff.

The noise of the wind. For some reason the wind made a terrible noise around the window when it was closed. We realized we needed to open the window an inch to make the sound reduce.

Good location across the highway from Avenida Escazú and Multiplaza malls. guarded free parking, decent restaurant in house. Few Restaurants and Starbucks within safe walking distance.

The room service caprese salad was not good Hot water was temperamental.

Only stayed one night. It seemed very new and modern, or at least renovated. Our room (suite) had a small balcony with table and chairs, modern coffee machine with pods, and an adjacent room with kitchen counter and a large living room where my older daughter stayed.

When I booked the room (and even sent a message in advance to make sure) I expected a sofa bed in the adjacent seating room area, but it's just a large sofa. So we had to request a extra bed for my daughter (young adult)

very good selection at the breakfast bufet, very nice and comfortable big enough rooms with coffee machine from cafe Britt and water. good USB and electricity connections to work on a good office table environment. they allowed me furthermore early check in at 10 am, which was wonderful upon an early arrival in San Jose.
