Clean room and was allowed to stay past checkout time because I had a late afternoon flight. Breakfast was acceptable.

Dangerous data harvesting online booking confirmation form including questions such as marital status and profession. Uploading a photo of your passport is required, which is reasonable, but then they ask again for the information such as date of birth and nationality in more computer readable/storable/sellable format. It was a long form and completely unacceptable for confirming a room. I considered cancelling when I saw it. The hotel is on a busy road with few meal options.

These people were so amazing to us. We arrived on our shuttle later than expected but they got us in and called us a taxi so we could go and eat. They also lined up a taxi to pick us up at 230am so we could catch our flight and had coffee, tea and fruit ready for us to go. The hotel has a nice pool, options for drinks and the room was cozy and exactly what we needed after traveling all day. The AC in the room worked well and so did the TV. Its only a few minute taxi ride to the airport. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice clean rooms and pools and the breakfast is good currently still staying here mainly writing review to warn other of the staff . We’ll see what happens after check out. I’d probably go to the holiday inn down the street tbh

If you book a taxi with the staff I did with flor , they will tell you it’s one price when you ask and then once the random car ( not a taxi ) drops you off it’ll be double the price. So be ready for that. Makes me wonder if they’re gonna charge me on the back end of my staff for something or not. Will update if anything goes bad at check out.

The location to the airport is extremely close, only a 5 minute drive. I got there late at night and was greeted. Room was cool, cozy, and clean. I was given cold water when I arrived for my room which was appreciated. The pool was nice and well kept. There was no one at the pool during the day, so I had it to myself before I left for my next destination. Breakfast was great.

There will be airplane noise, which is to be expected as it's very close to the airport. It's located right under the flight path. Planes don't really land at night, so I wasn't woken up by any. I did wear airplugs just incase though. During the day they do come in periodically, but not as frequently as I thought. It didn't bother me.

Lovely property - the pool/courtyard area is beautiful; check in lady was very nice and helpful in arranging transportation/breakfast; great location very close to the airport; comfy bed; wifi worked well

On duty employees often stray from the front desk, was trying to catch my Uber to the airport for my flight and couldn't find anyone to open the gate to let me out! There were also two guests on the other side of the gate trying to get in. Either give us a button to open it or have someone reliably at the front desk

We have stayed twice once on our arrival to Costa Rica, San Jose airport and now as we leave. The hotel is so close to the airport, nicely furnished, comfortable bed ,lovely bathroom. Towels and toiletries provided. Staff are very helpful and secure parking. We had an early flight,so we’re provided a breakfast to go. The receptionist helped us food to order in to eat in the evening.

In at least three instances the staff went well beyond typical expectations. For example, someone fixed my husband's glasses with a tiny screwdriver. Another time they helped retrieve a computer left in a taxi they called for us.This little hotel is a great find very close to the airport, with decent rooms, a nice breakfast, and friendly, accommodating support throughout our stay. We hope to return.

The room was spacious and clean. A much better value than I expected for the price and great location. The staff was top notch! They were friendly, accommodating and always available. This was a delightful stay. I was only looking for a bed on my travel journey but I found a little treasure that added joy to my trip. Whoever is running in managing. This hotel is doing a fantastic job.

It was a wonderful experience for the second time. We arrived after midnight. The check-in only took about five minutes and we were afforded drinks and something small to eat along with a nice clean lighted pool with Alexa music available for a perfect wind down to our 21 hour trip from the United States till we arrived in Costa Rica. They have a wonderful breakfast Cooked by a wonderful concierge every morning. Pinto Gallo rules.

It was a surprising oasis in a busy area, clean and modern but peaceful and cozy. The pool and garden are small but superb, and the breakfast and coffee/water stations very welcome. Staff were very pleasant.

Some of the automated features like the self-opening doors and the many motion sensor lights were a bit much for me, but I'm old school. I wish there was an airport transfer. Maybe team up with the Adobe shuttle?
