Wyndham properties are always top-notch and this was no exception. Hotel was good and clean, free breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were friendly

Although their location is not great, they will taxi you to nearby plazas for free. What I don’t understand is why this service isn’t marketed more robustly. I remember seeing shuttle service when I booked, so I asked about it. And yes, the desk agent pulls out the book with times and places. Wow! But there is no flyer anywhere in the hotel promoting this! A major fail Wyndham!

Overall, the hotel is good, and my room was comfortable. It was clean and organised and had everything needed for a basic but comfortable stay while exploring San Jose. I would equate it to a Holiday Inn Express. I did not explore much of the facilities, but I did try the restaurant, and the food was okay, but nothing extraordinary - I would recommend trying some of the restaurants in the area rather. The breakfast provided was quite basic, but it was reasonably tasty. The staff were all super-friendly and helpful and allowed me a late checkout that I requested.

I only stayed one night in the end, but there was nothing that I specifically did not like.

Small details of certain stuff like the floor, the rug on the second floor is a bit old and would be nice a rug change.

Everything was great regarding to the breakfast and the staff.

The room was not confortable, it got some strange smell and also it looks like old room with an old carpet. The picture in the app was a little bit different from the room we had. I though was morden place but instead the room looks very old and not in great conditions.

The hotel was a short drive from the airport and that was great since I had been traveling for several hours and had a layover, arriving at midnight I just wanted to check-in and get to bed.

The room key didn't work at first on the elevator and then it didn't work to open the room door. I had to head back to the receptionist for assistance but when I went back to the room the second time I was able to open the room door successfully on my own thankfully.

Well, I spent only one night there, so my experience is limited. However, in general the hotel impressed me as moder, comfortable and cozy with convenient location that eases access or further travel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent and plenty.

The only two things that I could complain about was my mattress that was way to soft for my liking and that if one has a room facing the highway, some noise of the traffic can be heard. It wasn't that traumatic as I had decent sleep (there were two curtains that helped to cancel the noise), but some people may prefer to choose the other side of the hotel if this should be an issue for them.

I love this place, little pricey. This is my 3 rd time staying here. The breakfast was amazing and the best I ever had in a Hotel. I felt like I was in Vegas. Staff was professional and the best service. Hotel was spotless and definitely recommend it to everyone.

A bit pricey, otherwise it perfect. I didn't like the taxi's waiting outside that monopolies their rate and have fixed price list for there services. Other taxi charge much reasonable rate and happy to have you as there customers. Let all the other taxi sit there and do nothing and may maybe cut there rates as well.

Very nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. At walking distance from some restaurants. Breakfast was modest but since you can order your choice of eggs, it was not so bad after all.

Location - on one side there is a busy road, and on the other side there is a staging area for construction machinery, so until late evening and early morning (approx. 5 am) we were awakened by the whistling of machinery reversing, honking, etc. The windows are obviously not soundproof.

location was ok, food was fantastic, staff was friendly, pool (Used once) was nice, lots of space, work out area looked great as well but did not use. close to Cima Hosiptal. and clinics in the area. shuttle / taxi personal were great!

fridge was missing, shower water (full hot and not hot enough for me) better by pool area! hot tub was not running water warm but not hot. early morning noise from construction behind the hotel. did not see a area to just sit outside in the sun. other then the area by the dining area.

Met the Wyndham standard I am familiar with. Roomy, good a/c, good location, and breakfast options. Easy checkin/out. Nice staff.

Airport transfer options. Taxis readily available, but high flat rate required to pay in advance. A bit of a turnoff. I presume there was shuttle service, but staff did not offer any information or were proactive about it.
