The room was well appointed, the bed and pillows were SO comfy. I've stayed here many, many times and keep coming back for the excellent room, quality sleep comfort and the incredibly delicious breakfast buffet. And I do enjoy the attached casino too!

Normally the staff team is excellent, however I experienced the most unpleasant check-in process. The gal with heavy eye make-up is typically really welcoming and lovely to deal with, however on this occassion she was quite distant and rather rude as she seemed unable to quickly find my reservation, and she was training a young man that seemed quite inept. The check-in took nearly 15 minutes whereas it's normally less than 5. I always reserve my room with Booking.com, and have never had a problem checking in at this hotel.

The buffet is so good! My boyfriend and I love it. The room is very big and you don’t hear anything for outside. The bed was also very comfy and big. I asked for a king size bed instead of two queens and the receptionist was able to help me. Overall I am very pleased with these hotels and will continue booking in my future trips. Also I need to mention the staff was very friendly and the cocktails are excellent and not overpriced. The gym is good equipped.

The pool is cold. Also the sauna area seems a bit forgotten.

Amazing and comfortable rooms, good breakfast options. Club room breakfast options are nearly identical to the main breakfast.

The pool is just a disaster, looks like it already needed remodeling 10 years ago. Club rooms have beer and wine only at a specific time in the evening. Wish they had at least beer on the fridge for other time

Location, friendliness, and comfort were A-1, Paulette at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. I live in Costa Rica and stay in San Jose frequently for shopping and medical, I will be coming back soon.Highly recommend. Please stay Competitive with pricing. Do you have a frequent stay program?

the phone next to my bed did not work and there was no one to fix it I wanted a king size bed and they did not have at the moment so they offer another option Did not like the view from my room

We loved everything about the property! Location is great, close to the beach and good cafes but still remote to don’t hear the street noise. The decor of the accommodation and its surroundings were impeccable with plenty of privacy. And the host Spyros was so welcoming and helpful, definetely worth 5⭐️

The property has started to charge 'undefined' amounts of money for pets. We used to bring our small dog (Chihuahua), but will be using the hotel a lot less because of the added cost.

Very comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean, staff were helpful.

The parking garage and lots were all completely full when we arrived so had to park in a weird way. Also the price per night is certainly on the steep side.

This hotel was 5 star at 2 star prices. We loved everything about it from the welcome drink offered at the on site bar to the fabulous breakfast included to the beautiful comfortable and clean room

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like about the hotel

Lots of dining options/good food, casino in the hotel, a nice gym and upper level pool, very good pricing compared to what one would pay in US or Canada.

My only wish was that the upstairs party room was open when we were there. It looks like a blast! Also boxing gloves for the heavy bag would be a welcomed addition.
