Staff were very helpful and considerate. The lady who runs the restaurant was particularly friendly. The location is very convenient for the before or after visiting the airport and it is in a particularly safe area. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and bright

Restaurant is limited - although an extensive menu it's difficult to believe that much of it can be fresh - more fast food, and there is a good choice of restaurants near

Everything ! There’s a guard safe neighborhood, receptionist , good rooms , everything was neat and clean !!! I just love it

The fact that we were late for breakfast starts at 6:00 am and ends at 10:00 , we arrived 15 minutes late(due to a misunderstanding) yet the didnt try to do something for us but overall amazibg !!!

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Place was quiet, clean, modern but attractive and the gardens though tiny were lovely (with pool and seating area). Not a big hotel or impersonal. If we wanted something (taxi) we asked for it but otherwise they left us alone to enjoy. If you’re there in rainy season - the restaurant is a block, the rooms are in blocks, reception is a block, with external pathways to connect to. Could get wet.

Food was a little pricey and less choice than we’d hoped for. But what we did have was really lovely. (We were too tired to eat out and breakfast was included though was tricky to understand what was on offer. If you choose granola, yogurt and fruit- the granola is a garnish - not the main event)

The beds, pillows, were so comfortable. Nice room, nice shower. No humid or bad smells. Good wifi. Great breakfast. They have a restaurant for dinner as well. Staff was super kind and helpful. Even arranged a breakfast to go because I had a surgery that day. Place is beautiful and quiet. I've been in around 5 different «nice»hotels in San Jose. Finally found the one ill be coming back to.

Location doesn't have many restaurants or cafes at walking distance, but if you have a car it's not really a thing

Pool area looked like it had been neglected for a while (i.e. chairs) & water could have been a just little cleaner

It was a good stopover spot outside of San Jose. Very clean and had friendly staff. It was our first experience with locals in CR. We did not use it as a base to explore the surrounding area so are not aware of nearby attractions.

Pool fairly tiny but as we just spent one night it was not a big deal.

The room is spacious with all the facilities you would expect, Breakfast was substantial and well prepared and presented, the restaurant has a limited menu but all dishes are freshly prepared with love and tasted delicious. The staff are super helpful.

Nothing, a great place

The hotel was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and slept soundly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were tasty with lots of choice.

Everything. Stuff so sweet. Rooms super clean. Food really good. After living more than 8 years in Costa Rica and testing a lot of hotels I can clearly say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to. I will come back

Nothing to complain about

Loved this place. A peaceful setting, with spacious and eco-friendly rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A tasty omelette breakfast choice. Also turns into a nice restaurant in the evening. It was about a 20-minute taxi ride into San Jose. But at the end of the day of seeing the city, it was nice to come back somewhere a bit more relaxing.

Nothing to complain about. It is away from the centre, and we didn't really explore the local area that much.
