The staff goes the extra-mile to provide services. Very friendly and problem solvers. The staff make a difference in your staying, as they make you feel at home. The facility is easier to move around. The entire place is decorated with pictures and sculptures that allow you to get entertained. Convenient and easy access to the National Convention Center. You meet other people there, who either traveling with their children or are attending a conference. They also arranged our pick-up and return to the airport and say goodbye with a mild breakfast. We enjoy our staying! Thank you to Manfred, José, Luis, the breakfast chef, the nice and great lady in the restaurant, and everyone who serve us with kindness and beautiful smile.

Great place for your first or last day in Costa Rica. We very much appreciated the shuttle service from and to the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they gave us good advice: what to do in the city, how to get there, where to find a supermarket. You can ask them literaly everything and they are always very warmhearted. We were glad to be directly informed that the water in the hotel is drinking water as we had not expected that. As for the location: We found it very helpful to have a hotel quite close to the airport. However, you cannot do a lot in this area. You have to take a taxi or uber to get somewhere interesting.

The decor,atmosphere, vibrant of this place was awesome! I have heard of this Inn for years but finally decided to stay. I absolutely love the neighborhood. Excellent walking location. My favorite Indian restaurant when I visit Costa Rica , The Taj Mahal is easy to walk to along with other restaurants and a grocery store. The owner/manager was extremely accommodating and didn’t get upset with me over an error I made in dates when I booked. He was very friendly and worked with me. When we checked in the 2 desk clerks were so helpful. We were only staying for about 8 hours before our flight left. They made arrangements for a take away breakfast for us and it was ready at the time they said it would be. The room was extremely comfortable, well designed and well furnished. The pool area and all public areas were really comfortable and welcoming. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because of the amount of time we were there. But looking at the menu and the food others were eating - we felt that we were really missing out. We did order drinks from the bar to drink at the pool. Excellent drinks and service. The fitness area was nicely equipped. I can’t wait to go back and spend time just relaxing here. It took us under 15minutes for us to get to our car rental location at the airport. The Inn had offered and prearranged for shuttle service to the airport for us that we ended up cancelling at late notice but it was so appreciated.

Close to airport but not a standard 'airport hotel' - it felt that we had arrived in Costa Rica, not 'anywhereland'. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave copious advance info (though we were only there a short time and had already planned our trip so did not need much in the way of assistance). Pleasant and relaxing restaurant and general vibe.

Although the hotel is close to the airport, be aware that traffic in the area of the airport can be very bad (not the fault of the hotel, of course, but useful to know if time transfer time is limited).

Loved this little place, so cute! Wish the hot tub was open later but there is an adorable coy fish pond and cute games/high top table area lit up outside, and the restaurant attached was awesome. Made friends with the bartender and had a wonderful Pura Vida infused first night welcome to this costa trip. :) Great free breakfast and fresh juice with tons of fresh fruit the and yummy banana bread (veg option) goodies as well. Plus booking.com had a sale going on so my room ended up only being $75 which felt like a great deal compared to the Marriott’s and hiltons near the airport that all charge $150.

I couldn’t find the airport shuttle and it was a bit confusing. They don’t have their own shuttle like the Marriott, they work with a cab company instead, and I had a confirmation email to look for a sign with my name on it but couldn’t find any signs with my name at landing. 😂 it was no biggie, after about 40 minutes I finally found someone with better Spanish than mine to help me find the adventure inn rep, who helped me flag down the included taxi. But when you request and book your airport shuttle and receive the confirmation email, it would be fabulous if there were more details (name of taxi company, backup to look for if you don’t see your name on a sign and they aren’t answering WhatsApp etc.) Overall it was great though and definitely would recommend and stay again :)

The front desk manager was friendly and helpful. He explained about the property and amenities very well. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. There is a coffeemaker in the room, with delicious coffee provided. We loved the restaurant on the premises. Restauant had a varied menu and our food and drinks were delicious for all three of us both times we ate there. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.

It didn't bother us, but there was no air conditioning in our room.The large ceiling fan kept us sufficiently cool. The no air conditioning was explained well when I booked the room. I'm not sure if some rooms on the premises do have air conditioning. Just something to be aware of.

Very unique Hotel. Not the typical cookie cutter. Large rooms. Staff super helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Again not the typical cookie cutter. Some fruit and pastries laid out but you could order off a simple menu of local breakfasts. For me the location was perfect as i had to go to meetings at convention center. There is a short walk to some nice restaurants and market 5 min walk. Safe neighborhood.

My bed was way too soft for me

A great stay and ideal for the purpose we booked for, namely one night inn San José before leaving on our afternoon flight. We caught the public bus to San José from outside the hotel (it took about 30 minutes by bus to get to the centre). That was really easy. Caught a different public bus back (Group Tuasa) and that was equally easy too. The pool was a great available service and the breakfast was included. By paying in cash we also received a discount on top of the discount we had already received via booking.com. So all in all, we were very happy.

It would have been good to have cushions for the beds near the pool.

The room was large and breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even arranged a box breakfast for one person in our group who had an early flight. They also gave us great advice about how to spend our day in San Jose before heading to our flight home. It was close to the airport and they had transport if you were leaving any time before noon to the airport. They also stored our luggage for us since our flight left in the evening.

The rooms face the pool and restaurant area, so it was a bit loud at times. They also had an exercise class going on the first evening until about 9:30 pm, so you might want earplugs if noise is going to bug you.

I stayed there for one night when I arrived and again before leaving. I think it is a very good place for arriving and departing from Costa Rica. It is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. My rooms were spacious and very clean. I loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The breakfast was really good. All the staff is super friendly. I also liked the restaurant. On my departure day, my flight was in the afternoon and they allowed me a later check out and provided me a free shuttle, even though the official shuttle times were already over - I really appreciated that, big thank you!

Upon arrival, the AC in my room was a bit noisy (but it was not so warm, so I did not need it), but the second time I had a different room and there the AC was perfect. I think the cheapest is to pay in cash in US dollars which I did not have with me (paying in collones seemed a bit more expensive to me because of the exchange rate and paying with card is more expensive too but they told me before)
