I have been there with my family. The staff is absolutely kind!!extremely nice and welcome .. The owner (The lady) and the receptionist Oly she is been absolutely lovely with us:) They are 10 minutes away from the main airport, and the Hotel is in a very nice área of San José. The room are beautiful and very spacious..The restroom is lovely as Well.. They also have a nice swimming pool were you can relaxed... Is so peaceful:) We really enjoyed.. I ll definitely reccomend it..if you need to stay a few days in San jose before you travelling for costarica. We stayed one night only and was very convenint near by the airport. The best are extremely confortable Thank you very much Ps.they also printed out our check in Grazie!!!

Pool,spacious room, comfy bed

Room was dusty, had to ask for coffee maker.No coffee ,milk or sugar provided. Place a bit abandoned with equipment and old stuff all over the place.Gym was filthy and some machines didn't work. Breakfast too late.Not enough coffee .No juice drink offered , water , milk or anything else. Trees covering view

Quiet neighborhood. Older but clean facility near restaurants and close to airport. A great value for the area. Very nice pool area, well equipped gym and nice open air dining room. Breakfast was typical fruit, eggs, toast and pico de gallo (rice and beans)

Older bathroom. No hand towels. In room refrigerator was noisy when it ran.

Perfect location if want to be close to the airport. My room was basic, but spacious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a cancelled flight I had to change my reservation last minute, and this was no problem at all.

The door in the room is quite thin, so it can be noisy if there’s people in the hallway.

Good location out of the centre of San Jose, it felt safe there and only a 5 minute walk away from some very good restaurants. Not too far from the airport, the room was lovely and we enjoyed the pool.

I think Covid has probably affected the property as it was very quiet, the bar didn't open and breakfast was brought to you with no choice, but it suited us fine and I would stay there again.

GREAT PLACE!!!! We loved everything about this hotel! The pool was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was SUPER and plenty of it. The staff were super helpful, the gym Awesome and the place was in a great location. The gym was really big for a hotel and in my opinion a gym is as clean as the last people to use it. It was also really quiet here - we had just come from noisy loud small towns and to find a quiet place in this cacophonous city is a gem. There are about 5-6 great restaurants within easy walking distance and it's easy to take a taxi or uber to the airport.

It would have been nice to have an industrial size handy/bacterial wipes in the gym, or spray bottle and towel?

I had to renew my passport stamp for Mexico I chose this lovely hotel because it's close to the airport has delicious free breakfast, comfy rooms and a beautiful pool. Up the street are numerous restaurants and a fresh market which I utilized to save money, delicious pre-made salads etc 😋 The staff was beyond amazing. The front desk ladies were so kind and wonderful . They all deserve raises for how they always made sure I was todo bien!! Pura vida.

Rooms near pool can get loud from outside noise. Next time I'll reserve one inside the building.

This was my second stay, better than the first time. I had a great time at the nearby restaurants and bars, within walking distance to the hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful and it's such a pretty property not far from the airport. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My room this time had a full, private door on the bathroom.

Wasn’t that close to the airport Small breakfast and very basic Restaurant not open Couldn’t have a late check out. If you wanted to stay in your room longer it was $15USD however they would look after your bags and let you use the facilites whilst waiting for your flight

Nice neighborhood. Beautiful pool. Short walk to a nice shopping center with restaurants, shops and Fresh Market. Easy Uber ride to the airport.

I was hoping for happy hour at the pool but the restaurant is only open for breakfast.
