The location is super convenient to the airport and as a pied-a-terre for day trips outside the "big city". The property is very safe with 24 hr controlled access. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds, lots of pillows and a big bathroom. We booked a massage, transportation and a beautiful tour of San Jose through the front desk staff who were all friendly, accommodating and are bilingual making arrangements smooth. The included breakfast is amazing and is more than enough to keep you until dinnertime (meaning 2 meals a day rather than 3!). I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Not the hotels' fault, but be aware that paper products are not like in North America. Toilet paper is 1 ply, and signs everywhere ask that you NOT flush it??? Kleenex is not a thing and paper towels are rare. There is not too much around this hotel as even a convenience store is about a 10-15 minute walk, however we took advantage of the many options for tours and day trips from there - pickup is arranged from the hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. John from the reception was very friendly, he changed my room as the first one was pretty noisy and tried to make everything that was in his power for me to feel confrontable. The bed was amazing, I slept like a baby, felt also pretty safe. The cleaning lady did an amazing job, my room was cleaned everyday and i received fresh towels. Breakfast was also good. I will defenetly come beck here.

Clean hotel with hot water shower. Very quiet neighborhood. There isn't much within short walking distance, although I found an Argentinian restaurant with delicious steak just across the highway. Used Uber to get places so it was super easy. The morning breakfast at the hotel was delightful.

This isn't a problem with the hotel. But something that would have been very helpful and convenient. I finished my drinking water I had bought at a restaurant. There isn't a little convenience store (bodega) close, so the ability to buy a water or soda or something at the hotel would be great. Maybe they sell them and I didn't see it. But definitely would be a good thing to do if they don't.

We missed breakfast so cannot provide feedback on that. The parking seemed secure with a very tall locked gate immediately outside of the building. The location was convenient after arriving at SJO airport late at night (~20 min drive from the airport and on the way to our next destination outside of San Jose). The room was clean and comfortable. Some might find the bed too hard, but I slept well in it. When we arrived past midnight, we got a little nervous that the main lobby looked closed as the lights were off and the gate was locked. However, you simply hit the buzzer and someone will remotely open the gate for you and check you in.

One relatively minor inconvenience with the parking was that we had to ask the staff to unlock the gate for us each time we wanted to leave and return. The staff were quick to help each time but it can feel a little awkward like you're inconveniencing them when it's very late and the lights are off in the lobby and you have to ring a doorbell.

Staff were super helpful and the rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. Breakfast was very filling and very good, made fresh daily. Airconditioned comfort, great storage, lots of space in the two bedroom suite. We felt very safe as well.

The location is very central and allowed us to take many day trips, but the surroundings of the hotel itself are not very attractive.

The entire staff was most notable. I felt the room accommodations were just as you’d expect. They are clean and spacey. The upstairs restaurant area was also a pleasant space to sit and work, although the restaurant itself wasn’t serving after breakfast. Speaking of which, their omelets are great and you can have it served in your room.

Strange little place, lock in your car for safety, nothing really in walking distance, but definitely clean and safe and comfortable

The young woman on staff was very friendly and hospitable when I checked in. So was the young gentleman who took over the night shift. Great stay to end our vacation. And it was a nice drive to SJO airport so great location if you have an early flight like us.

The suites are HUGE. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location we didn’t explore much because we had a car and we were leaving the next day.
