Everything was perfect. Super cheap place to stay in a brilliant location with a small, very clean swimming pool across the road which we had practically to ourselves when we used it. Our room had a big balcony and good Aircon with a little mini fridge. We missed breakfast the first morning but it was just the average continental type with a small selection of cereal and pastries but totally adequate. Staff we all very help and kind. The location is very central to everything you. Some toys in the reception area made my little one happy too. We loved our 2 night stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Plug socket was a tiny issue as there was literally no where to plug iPads/ phones in to charge as the only socket is for the mini fridge which we had food in., but we asked staff on reception to plug it in down there while we went to the pool or out for dinner, so easily solved. It obviously can be a bit noisy as you are on the main road and there was some work being done on the other side of the road, however this didn't bother us but I'm just commenting so others are aware. We loved our stay so by no means are these negative comments, they are just a general view.

Hotel is located very conveniently, in the center of the town. All was fine, staff was super nice and helpful. Room was OK, not too big, but with a completely new bathroom and huge terrace with a city view. Breakfast had a nice choice of sweet and savoury dishes. I enjoyed my stay very much and wouldn"t mind coming here back again.

Maybe the only comment would be about cleaning the breakfast room-I understand that every room had its table assigned, but keeping leaftovers and dirty dishes on the tables that were already used throught the whole morning didn't look very nice. Otherwise I liked my stay a lot!

The hotel may be old, but it is impeccably clean. Situated in the heart of Montecatini, it offers easy access to the train station which is only 3 minutes away, making it convenient to visit places like Firenze or Lucca. The staff is genuine and always willing to lend a hand.

There is a short corridor leading to my bed in my room. However, I have noticed that the wifi connection is weak when I am in bed. I hope the hotel can improve this for future guests.

We loved this hotel! While the rooms looks classic ( with beautiful and good taste furniture/ curtains) the bathroom was modern renovated ( we loved the combination of the colors of the tiles) It was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! ( delicious with a big variety of food). People who work there are absolutely lovely!

The hotel is just 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were excellent. The following 2 staff particularly helped make our stay really special. Hope i have spelt them correctly, Giusy on reception was always able to answer all our queries, book taxis arranged for me to stay on in the double room instead of swapping to a single as originally intended. Erodika, the lady at breakfast.. fantastic service, with a smile. Lovely cappuccino each morning and cake brought to the table. Also the lady owner, always there to greet the guests in the morning with a smile, always stopped and chatted to any children staying. Lovely lady. Thank you all.

The only negative was that there were a few groups staying during my stay and some of these were quite noisy. Our last night a group of teenagers checked in and they were so loud I ended up with my iPod on most of the night to drown out the noise. They were still loud after 2am.

The staff were so helpful and really friendly. The location is very central for the station for days out and bars/restaurants Room was basic but very clean and bathroom good Great value if you are looking for a cheap place as a base to explore the area, especially by train

Due to being so central there was a lot of traffic noise. Also some large groups of younger people were staying making it quite noisy some nights Single room was very small, but adequate

I like evrything , the location is perfect just 5 minutes walk from montecatini terme and centro, is so warm , so clean , so comfortable, the owner so kind "la mamma" and Jessica in the reception is so nice and helpfull , big and spacy room , new bathroom with perfect shower ,money wise .
