Location excellent, quiet, beautiful park, hotel has its own car park, town centre is in walking distance. Breakfast: very wide range of food, all fresh, very clean, pleasant dining room, helpful staff. Room and bathroom clean, room nicely warm in winter, radiators can be adjusted, beds comfortable. Good shower. Did not use balcony, but it could be nice in summer. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room and bathroom are rather small, but fine for a short stay. Check-in time is limited and you have to pay on arrival. Wi-fi Internet poor.

We chose to stay in this hotel to be close to the Thermal Baths which are only a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. Also, this hotel is a good choice for those looking for a quiet place. There is a park in the surroundings and we managed to take a peaceful little walk in the area. We travelled by car and the hotel offers parking space right in front of it with no extra charge. Breakfast was good. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helped us with our questions. We loved our room and we are happy with our one-night stay at this hotel.

Great location in the park and right next to the spa. Room was comfortable with spacious balcony. Breakfast was good with enough choices. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Cakes and coffee in the café was really delicious.

Quiet location, good hotel. The pleasant surprise was when we got upgraded to a larger room. Comfy bed, clean room. Fantastic continental breakfast, with omelette, veges and fresh fruit. Friendly, helpful and English-speaking staff.

Probably a bit overpriced. Would be great to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee and a TV with the internet connection.

Room was somewhat cramped and worn. Modersn shower, very small sink. There were steps to walk into hotel and then more steps. Around the back there was a ramp. Room heated up during sunshine. Room had a old style key entry. No card access for room or outside enrance.

They charged an extra 10 Euros to switch to a room with a parking lot view because we had a pet. They said it was because the sun heats the park side rooms in the afternoon. But the sun heated our room in the morning as well, and our pet was in the room during our breakfast time.

Very peaceful location in nice park area. Very good beds. Delicious breakfast with everything we needed. Very pleasant staff. We will book this place again without hesitation if we are in the vicinity again

Great location, 3 minute walk from Franken Therme, 15 minute walk to the city center. Check-in was quick and personal were friendly. Room was clean and as in the picutres. Some furniture looks pretty old, but perfectly usuable. Bathroom looks recently redone and modern. Breakfast is exceptional!

Good parking, quite location, room with balcony, elevator despite only 3*, renewed bathroom, all was beautifully looking: entrance, surroundings. Good breakfast, clean room.
