This was my second stay at the Hotel Arte, and it was super! Everything was excellent - super-friendly and helpful staff with excellent English (but willing to help with my Polish!), lovely food in the restaurant (even for vegetarians), well-equipped and clean apartment, close to shops, parks and lovely walks and the hotel was cosy and warm, which was very much appreciated as I had my two grandchildren with me. The hotel is definitely child-friendly. :-) My grandson keeps asking me when we are going to stay here again! It will be soon! Thanks to all at Hotel Arte for a fantastic stay!

I liked everything!

My grandchildren and I have stayed here many, many times! It's always a pleasure - lovely rooms, great food, friendly and helpful staff, child-friendly, close to the town, playground and park. We will continue to stay at Hotel Arte - it's like home away from home! (kids love it too)

My grandchildren and I have stayed here many times! And it's always great. Comfy rooms, helpful and accommodating staff & delicious food in the restaurant. It's close to the park, and to the town. Nice views and a pleasant outdoor area. The hotel is child-friendly, and the kids love staying here! We will definitely return! :-)

Really lovely hotel. Central, but quiet, right by a park. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing. Very clean. Air con was good because it was very hot during our stay. Great that the window opened too! Nice little undercover outside area to sit in too. Can't fault it.

The rooms are fine and fit the purpose. And the personel is nice and very friendly. We stayed 17 days and they took good care of us.

Very welcoming atmosphere, with great staff and services along with the food and location. The transfers from the airport, which is great saves alot of time and hassle, I would definitely recommend if you travel to Brzeg or nearby area, thumbs up the good, good, good... VIBES' Great place

Hotel is in a lovely location, next to the green park and very close to city centre. Clean, comfortable, great service and good breakfast. Definitely would come back.

The only issue I had was the flushing water from the room above or next door that woke me up.

Comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels, great location. The women who work at the hotel go out of their way to help customers. My mother doesn't speak Polish at all, but they looked after her. She felt very comfortable there and wants to return for another stay, the next time with my godmother.

Convenient location, comfortable room, my third stay here, restaurant good, playground and lovely walks close by for kids, overall pleasant experience!

We stayed here for the second time. The staff is super friendly. The food is exceptional! If asked I would always recommend this hotel.

The only tiny little thing was that the shower head in the bathroom could use a replacement.
