Apartment is spacious and clean, we had our private patio (it actually opens right to the street but it didn't disturb us as the street is quiet), the best thing about this apartment is its location; far enough from the "night life" to be quiet and at the same time not too high to have to climb the steep hill

Just a few tiny things: no iron in the room (not much necessary though), slow water drain in the shower, no oil for frying in the kitchen (while there are all the pots and salt and spices you might offer some oil also)

A great apartment that has all you need for a short vacation. Our second floor apartment had two balconies and had a lot of light. Be careful about cats though, if you call one-10 will come :-) They climb on your balcony in a second and will ask for care, love and some snacks. These are well-fed city cats, so feel free to pet them. We travelled in February, so we had to use the air-conditioner on heating mode in the evening, but it's absolutely normal in Türkiye, especially in smaller coastal towns. Has all the cooking utensils. Good mattress.

The apartment is not exactly in the center and on the hill. Rolling up our bags was a bit frustrating, but they say cardio is good for you:) We had problems with wi-fi and with hairdryer, but we didn't really spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. I wish it had a dishwasher, you get used to them in Turkish rentals. There wasn't a proper kettle or a chaidanlik, so we had to use the electric gezve(turkish coffee cooker) to boil water, but it wasn't a big problem.

This place is a true gem - it's very comfortable and has a cozy charm that's hard to resist. It's clean and location couldn't be more convenient, offering easy access to everything you might need while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host. They welcomed us with open arms and went out of their way to assist us with all of our requests, making our stay truly memorable.

As a friendly suggestion for improvement, having some essentials like olive oil and washing powder readily available would be a great addition to enhance the overall experience.

These apartments are amazing. We were on the second floor so off street level, we had 2 balconies, bathroom well thought out with higher open window that kept fresh air circulating, kitchen was amazing and enabled us to cook meals using local produce, bed was comfortable. We suggested to the owner that they provide more bowls in the kitchen but otherwise able to use efficiently. The balconies let us have space and enjoy the views. We requested cleaning every three days but could pop down for towels etc., when needed. Secure property in a quiet street. What we loved was that every morning before work, staff came together and had breakfast in the outside yard. A very family oriented business.

The staff were fantastic and very kind. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep our luggage in their office and shower before departing. The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities required

My only recommendation would be to supply one clothes washing pod, but this was only because we struggled to find at the store

This is a super modern apartment, really new. It was clearly built in 2021-2022. The design is good, furniture is ok, lots of kitchen appliances, good view from a window (I recommend NOT the first floor or you're gonna be looking right onto the road). Located really near the old town and Marina. The host is super nice, he even upgraded our room for one day with no charge.

The place was cold at Winter and only air conditioning on a max power helped. Though there's none in bathroom so it was a little bit cold. The paint on the walls wasn't ... I would say finished? There were white traces on clothes whenever you slide a wall in any room.

Location - 5-10 min walk both to where all the nice restaurants were and to the sea front (via steps connecting the streets), nice view, apartment new and clean, manager v helpful. Water in the fridge was much appreciated on arrival. They saved us a parking space on arrival, the apartment does not have allocated parking like some of the other blocks but we always found somewhere nearby to park no problem. It was our first time in Kas and we absolutely loved the town.

Bedside tables would be helpful, also more hangers in the wardrobes would be great. Had to ask for a clothes dryer, which is obviously needed, even two for a 2 bedroom apartment. Good supermarkets are quite a walk away only a small tourist shop nearby.

The property was clean, light and spacious. We stayed in the apartment with the garden, which I liked very much due to the lovely smell of lime, basil and mint growing here. The staff and host were very accommodating, they arranged very late check in for us due to our delayed flights, a baby cot for my child and also many other helpful things. The property is very close to all the restaurants and lovely streets of Kas. It’s on a small hill but not difficult to walk up unless you have any mobility issues. We would love to come back and stay at this property in Kas.

Stunning apartment overlooking the sea, with balcony and jacuzzi. There are two bedrooms, large living room with kitchen with everything you need. The location is very good, the city center is close, the beach too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Grateful for their care, my vacation was delightful.

The studio apartment is on the ground floor with a walled patio and no view. Quiet and cool. The kitchenette is well appointed and the laundry machine is a bonus.
