We had the deluxe studio and it was exactly as we expected, except the view was even better in person! While it was a studio, there was ample room for 2 people. It had all the necessities: a table & chairs on the balcony, clothes line, laundry, 2 burner stove, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, etc. Bed was comfortable and we felt it was good value. Despite some minor notes below about some things to be mindful of, we would still definitely recommend Bella Kas.

As many have said there is a steep hill to get to the hotel but we thought it would mean a further walk to town and it’s only 5 mins walking. The hill is very steep (it’s not an exaggeration) but there are stairs built into the hill you can use to walk up. However for less able-bodied this may not be suitable. The only other thing to mention was we were only given a single thin knit blanket for the bed, which isn’t really big enough for two people in a Queen bed and isn’t quite warm enough if you have the aircon on. A second blanket or proper duvet would be more ideal, albeit this can be up to personal preference.

Fabulous stay — we didn’t want to leave. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and we even got an upgrade to a view room! We stayed for 30 days and got cleaning service once a week. The kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. Old town is just ten minutes down the hill. There is parking outside and bonus lots of cute street dogs and cats around. Note that it’s quite a hike up the hill so I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or unfit folks.

Not much to complain about. We didn’t have hot water for a few days so we mentioned it to the front desk clerk and it was remedied right away.

The view from the windows and balcony is really stunning! The place is quiet and good for sleep. The bed was comfortable but might seem to be too soft for people 55kg+. Cute, friendly cat is walking around. It might follow you to your room and even walk in. The room on the right side from the main steps (502 if I remember correctly) is better and more spacious than another one. Considering the view, it's not a bad money-quality ratio.

It might need some cosmetic repair. Curtains on windows should be fixed - they're falling out in some places. The gas cylinder for the stove doesn't seem to be a safe decision, but I bet it's normal.

I stayed just for one night. The apartment was nice, it's just a pity that it was on the ground floor so no views. Also it was quite clean, the only thing is right after the check-in I saw in a room a big spider and had to catch it and move to the garden) Btw it had quite a big private yard which is nice. The staff is very friendly. Also the manager was so kind to give me some washing powder so I could wash my clothes. Also the shower was surprisingly good, strong water flow and really hot, exactly what I needed after a week of hiking) I liked the facilities of the apartment, it had everything I needed and even more. I'm satisfied with my stay, thanks!

The apartment was very spacious and has a comfortable feeling to it. We has everything we needed and they were very helpful with a late night check in. They kept in touch to make sure we had what we needed and that all was sorted.

The only parking space is the street which can be difficult and you can’t really park far and walk because it’s up a extremely angled hill

We had a great stay at Bella Kaş. Great location, beautiful views, and really friendly staff! We had everything we needed in the suite, and particularly enjoyed the balcony.

The only drawback was the penthouse suite had really angled ceilings, which made it awkward to move around. We had to kneel to be able to see ourselves in the bathroom mirror.

Big appartement for very good price. Quiet area but still close to the central streets ☺️ sweet balcony for morning coffee. Air conditioning is a big advantage because climate is pretty humid so it’s important to dry clothes. In general, there’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the stuff is hospitable ☺️

Wonderful stay in up on hill in Kas. Very quiet, clean and large one bedroom apartment on lower floor. Very private. Excellent friendly staff. Very close five min walk to the port, little pebble beach and town with restaurants etc. would definitely stay again.

We loved the location overlooking the town of Kas the the ocean. We also loved the fact that we had a small sitting area and 2 burner stove, good sized fridge and a place to hang out at the end of the day.

The kitchen utensils, pots and dishes etc could use a little upgrading but we managed.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was as-described/pictured and clean. Air conditioning worked well. View outside the window was stunning. Little bit hard to climb up the hill from the port after long travel day but other than that everything was very nice. Can highly recommend especially for the price compared to other options around the area.
