The apartment was in a great location with stunning views including sunsets over the bay and islands. It was up a steep slope (400 steps) from the town centre but taxis were easy to get. The kitchen crockery & utensils were a bit sparse to begin with but our host brought the additional items we needed & also fixed a broken door promptly. He gave us useful info about places to visit and helped with things like ordering a taxi.

We could only get WiFi out on the balcony- the signal didn't reach indoors. We like to read in the evenings and the lighting wasn't good enough for this- some reading lamps would have been helpful. Note there is no microwave, but a gas hob which was fine for our needs.

Most amazing view! Also very friendly and helpful staff. The option of two pools is great as well, with dedicated sun loungers for each of the guests. The property had everything we needed for cooking in terms of a small hob/fridge/utensils etc. Kaş is a very nice town to visit, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town is about 10 mins walk, so it was easy getting in and out.

Everything was great! Only issue was that the shower dripped for a while after it had been used. Very minor issue though, and in general our stay was incredible!

The host was really friendly The apartment was spacious, beds were good, washing machine available The view is amazing! The pool is really good (see pictures) The town is a 5-10 minutes walk down the (steep) hill. You enter the town at the 'restaurant' part of the town, with some really nice restaurants. We took a taxi back (150TL) Kas and surroundings are great to spend some days

The apartment needs some fixing/renovation; for instance the towel rack is not properly mounted in the wall (came loose), cooker hood has no lighting, general damages to doors, shower door no longer slides properly etc The upstairs bathroom is really low (I'm 2 meters and could not stand in the shower) The place was clean, but could do with some deep cleaning of some things (for example cooker hood)

Absolutely Stunning Place, anybody who likes the look of this place can immediately book ,don't overthink it. The views are really out of this world! The place itself ( family Apartment with patio and terrace) was huge and so comfortable. The host (Càn) was very accommodating and helped us extend our stay even when there was a mishap with the booking. Overall I would say the best view in Kas and amazing location ! It's good to note , you might need a vehicle to get around or you'll be hiking In the ultra hot sun. Also the pool is not private to the room and can be used by all guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Butik Aparts. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Only issue was that our shower head stand was broken and so we had to use the hand held shower hose but it wasn’t a big deal! The walk into town is fine roughly 10 mins, the walk back up is more difficult but manageable if you are fit and healthy! We had a car which was very handy, would recommend. Thank you to Can and staff for the wonderful stay :)

Superview! The biggest benefit is that you can swim in the early morning and after 11pm when there are people sitting on the sides of the pool. Jone is kind, and clean-worker is very nice.

Washing machine is missing, the low watts electrical heater works slow, mold is on shower curtain. The studio has no windows on three sides, with only one side getting sunlight, which faces the public swimming pool. There is no privacy during the day unless the curtains are drawn—— attaching tint film on the glass should solve the problem on daytime.

Very good location with a fabulous view from the balcony in any part of day or night. The pool was amazing, kids enjoyed a lot! The beds were really confortable, the kitchen had all necesary cutleries. The drive to the beach took 5-7 minutes and to Kaputaş-around 30 minutes We stayed there for 1 week, but would like to return on other ocasions.

The view is absolutely amazing, sunsets are out of this world. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely terrace. We also had a pool which was clean and lit up ad night. Jan is a great host, he made sure we have everything we need. Centre of Kas is 5 mins walk down the hill. Getting back to the property can be a challenge on foot as the hill is steep but that's small price to pay for the views and the taxi will take you up for 4 EUR. 100% recommend

Be warned that if you're on foot, it's a serious hill that you need to climb up to the property - but it's worth it for the spectacular views of the town and the sea, by day and night (Sunset Butik definitely lives up to its name). The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and fridge were very useful. The pools also add a welcome touch. Can is an exceptional host; he was very friendly and helpful, and he takes pride in his work.

Stunning views, friendly helpful host, location was perfect although we did get taxis back up the hill (about £4). Kas is gorgeous. We will definitely return next year :-)

Maybe a change of linen mid stay and the cleaning could have been better BUT the positives completely out weighed these minor points:-)
