What amazing stay we had in this charming city. The hotel contributed much to making it superb. We booked a large apartment. We surprised first that it was not in the hotel building itself, instead, it was across the street directly in front of the hotel, but that was not an issue to us. It was clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were very comfy and super clean. The location is outstanding, overlooking the sea and nearby islands, and it was a few minutes walk to the centre, and all attractions. The view from the balcony watching the sunset is worth a million dollars. The breakfast at the rooftop is indescribable. The beauty is in its simplicity and high quality. The coffee machine was of beans to cup type, which you may not find in some 5 star hotels that are using powders and premade mixtures. The staff was so kind and helpful.

The entrance to the apartment might be choking to some guests, so it's worth doing some charming designs and additions, similar to these found in the hotel building

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning, the service was exceptional — we were kindly checked in an hour earlier than the official time. The staff speaks excellent English and was always ready to help with valuable advice on local attractions and the best tour deals. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast on the terrace, offering a breathtaking sea view — truly unforgettable! Our room was cleaned daily, with unlimited bottled drinking water always provided. Upon request, a kettle was promptly brought to our room. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The room itself was cozy and charming, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and direct access to the swimming pool — a perfect place to relax after exploring. The location is also ideal: just a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Büyükçakıl beach and around 30 minutes to the stunning İnceboğaz beach. Everything you need is within walking distance — the seaside promenade, pharmacy, markets, ATM, cafes, restaurants, and lovely handmade souvenir shops. I absolutely recommend this hotel 100%! Would love to come back again.

Everything about Kayahan was perfect for us. Every time we went out, our return was welcomed. It felt like home. We were near to a beach, near to the centre but not affected by traffic or crowds. Breakfast was nothing less than a feast. A very high standard. And the view from the breakfast terrace was one of the best I have ever seen. There were books available, a lovely pool, spotless. Really a great place run by dedicated people.

The only thing that would have been better is if we could have stayed double the time.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our stay. We stayed here 4 nights and really got to appreciate this hotel. The location is on a dead end street so you do not have steady traffic coming past day and night. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony and sat on the chairs everyday. Lots of storage area to put your clothes and a clothes line and clothespins were such an extra bonus. The room was super clean. The management was perfect and very friendly and helpful. They have beverages, including beer to buy in the lobby for a good price and a refrigerator in your room. The pool area is very nice. We drove a car and they have some reserved parking for cars. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends

This was not the hotel’s fault, but maybe they should serve breakfast a little earlier. One night a bus group came. Breakfast starts at 8:30, but they were all in the dining area at 8. We arrived at 8:30 and the poor staff looked exhausted trying to keep up with the crowd.

We had an incredible stay at hotel Kayahan. The location is gorgeous and the view from the terrace every morning while we had breakfast was a highlight. For us it was the entire team/staff, they were exceptional! So incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. So knowledgeable and happy to give recommendations - they made our stay and we would definitely stay again just for their hospitality. This place is an absolute gem and must stay in Kas!

We would have rated this a 10 if the hot water had worked. The unit had a nice view, comfortable bed and good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The location was great and the staff were friendly.

For some reason our unit didn't have hot water. We hiked many miles on the Lycian Way and was looking forward to a hot shower. After no hot water we called the front desk and they told us to let the water run for 10 minutes. It got even colder. I went down to the front desk then to avoid communication problems and the desk clerk said to wait an hour as it appeared the hot water heater needed to be reset (which he supposedly did). We waited well over an hour but the water was still cold and we took cold showers anyway. The next day we still had cold water, but no time to wait as we needed to hike on. I suspect this was a singular situation, but I would have expected more concern from the staff.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they were always very welcoming. We had no problems checking in late, at midnght, they were actually waiting for us right outside the hotel to take our bags in. We did not have cash in Lira to pay the taxi driver, so they even helped us out with that. They also offered us cold water for free everytime we crossed the lobby, which we did not experience in other hotels we stayed at. They offered to store our luggage. They also offered breakfast on the terrace, which had good sea views. Plus they had a cute dog at reception

We booked the triple room with sea view, and we stayed only for one night. But the room is not spacious enough for three people, as the three beds took up the entire room, we had no space to open our luggages. However, very well worth the price if you're on a tight budget and willing to look past this.

The location was great, just a short stroll to the beach and the town. Quiet street with an amazing view from the terrace. The staff were very friendly and the dog was lovely. Breakfast was relaxed and simple with lots of good coffee. The rooms were simple, clean and spacious. A great deal and a lovely relaxing stay. I couldn't believe one night I slept for over 10 hours. Relaxation at its best. I used the shuttle to and from Antalya, very comfortable and safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay

There was nothing I did not like.

Very good location. Decent swimming pool which other hotels do not always have. Clean rooms. Sea facing terrace.

The room was well set out and had everything you could need but was quite small. Upon check out the hotel tried to over-charge me when I went to use my credit card because they want cash. Resulting in trying to find a cash point to draw £ Sterling.

At first, I was a little disappointed with the size of our room, as it was so small for three people. However, the hotel manager provided a free room upgrade, and we stayed in 2 rooms. It was an excellent solution. Breakfast was a buffet with a magnificent view of Kas Bay and Castellorizo Greek island. The Internet worked well. The hotel has a funny doggo running around. Overall we had a good stay!
