The location is great just near the city centre but far enough to not hear the music from the marina. Great sea view. From the balcony and terrace. Great stuff. They help us with all our requests. You could communicate with them by WhatsApp. Cozy and very clean room,with balcony,tea table and fridge. Great breakfast they serve on the terrace. So nice to wake up, come to the terrace and drink your morning coffee with a sea view. Kas is a beautiful city and I wish to stay there longer. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Some recommendations for a visit: -take a walk for old city,to the ancient theatre,marina,and Lycian tombs. -swim on blue water of Kas -visit famous Lycian way (to kalkan-go high to the mountains;to kekova-not high but dangerous sometimes) -visit Kapatush (beach with blue water and sand beach) -visit Kalkan (small city) -visit Patara (ancient city and 18 km sand beach with dunes) -take a boat trip to Kekova island

The location was extremely convenient for the town, small pebble beach and restaurants but the location was generally quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views from the roof terrace and fantastic, freshly prepared Turkish breakfast every day - one of the real highlights of the stay for us! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts, who arranged a transfer from the airport and a sea kayaking trip.

As other reviewers have said, the rooms are fairly small, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time in the town or on local trails or beaches, and also had the option of sitting on the roof terrace or our balcony.

The hotel has amazing location, especially view from the terrace😍 Staff is very nice and welcoming as well. Our room was fresh and clean when we arrived. We especially loved breakfast, it was delicious!

The bathroom and toilet were combined, and it felt a bit tight in there, and after showering everything including toilet was wet. But it wasn’t much of an issue, especially if you’re spending most of the time out. The rest was great, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Its a great place 😊

The manager was very friendly and helpful. We asked for recommendations of a nearby fish restaurant and about kayaking to Kekova Island. Both recommendations were just superb. We were able to park right outside the building. The location couldn't be better as quiet even though so close to little pebble beach, the port and restaurants. The room had a balcony with clothes line and pegs and the bathroom though compact was very clean. The room also had a fridge and a kettle which were much appreciated. Plus we were given a healthy delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

Location is good. It's quiet but everything (restaurants, 2 beaches, bus station, markets, harbour) is within walking distance. The owner was super helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make our stay comfortable. He even called the laundry place in town on our behalf and put me in touch with someone English-speaking who was able to give me detailed instructions how to get to where we wanted. There's fridge in the room.

Bed is quite firm. Depending on your preference you'll find it comfortable or uncomfortable. Room is quite small and there are no power sockets or light switches near the bed. Those are nitpicks though.

Caretta Pansiyon is in the perfect location , with a short walk to to town centre and a small cove for swimming at the bottom of the lane . The breakfast is sensational just like the view from the roof top . The balcony rooms also have a great view across the roof tops to the sea . It’s a gorgeous cute little family owned Pansiyon that I couldn’t fault . The rooms are smallish but it’s great value for money and ticked all the boxes for me . I’d definitely return . The owners and staff are gracious , helpful and caring .

Nothing I didn’t like .

We came to this hotel in July, the hotel is conveniently located, 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. Nearby there are beaches, stores, many cafes and restaurants with delicious food and cab center. The rooms are not large, average but comfortable, especially if you are only spending a night in the room. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is good, the terrace has a very nice view of the sea! The staff itself is very friendly and nice, concerned about their guests.

The pansyon has a great view from its terrace breakfast area and higher floor room balconies. The balcony has an arrangement for drying out clothes in the balcony which is a great thing for a beach vacation at Kas. You may find rooms a bit smaller in size but facilities and a homely atmosphere suffice for it. Breakfast needs a special mention which is so satisfying and fulfilling. Also they have a good relationship with Xanthos travel company who are a great establishment for local tours and we had a great time with them.

Staff were wonderful and kind! The breakfast was amazing - huge variety, delicious dishes, something different every day. The best breakfast on our Turkish travels. The air conditioning was excellent. We loved watching the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Location was quiet but a 5 / 10 minute walk to town centre. Parking is convenient.

The rooms were small but functional. The showers were wet floor showers.

The staff warmly welcomed me and gave me tea and gorgous homemade cake whilst they checked me in. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I was invited to breakfast even though it was included in the package. The breakfast was incredible and the views from the breakfast area were amazing. Really lovely place with very friendly and lovely staff. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately the WiFi was useless in my room (top floor) which was a problem because I needed to work online. Luckily I had phone data and could also use the breakfast area which had good wifi.
