The location is ideal, close to the beach clubs and to the night life of the city with all the restaurants, bar etc… the marina is also at walking distance if you want to do a boat tour. My room was very clean and very pleasant with a balcony. I even had a conforter since I like to sleep with one, even when it is hot! The breakfast was also very big (even too big for me) and the view on the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Basma who is serving the breakfast every day is a lovely lady, very kind and with great sense of hospitality. The gentleman at the reception (I forgot to ask his name) was also very helpful and friendly, giving tips for the tourist and helping me carrying my luggages 😊. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kas.

Everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved everything — it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Hotel No. 37, for the incredible hospitality. From the delicious breakfasts with breathtaking views to the unbeatable location, everything was truly perfect. The space was beautiful, and the staff made it all the more special. A heartfelt shoutout to Basma, the morning kitchen team, and sweet Momoşu (kitty) for making each day start so wonderfully!

It's conveniently located.near the town centre and beautiful beaches. The place looks and smells very clean. Staff are nice and very helpful with all our queries. If you go to the very top, it will give you a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea. The Breakfast is gorgeous with a good day to day variety. It was a truly a memorable experience.

Lovely location, with a beautiful view from the breakfast deck and comfortable views. Great place to stay and base to explore the town on foot. Lovely, friendly people and an owner who carried our bags personally. Great breakfast!

The experience overall was lovely, just no parking available in front of the hotel - just have to drop bags and park 500m up the street. No big hassle though.

I booked last minute and took the cheapest double room available . It was disappointing , very small and dark . After speaking to Ali he moved us to a Sea View room as soon as one became available for a reasonable price .

I liked the view from the balcony during breakfast. The room was clean, location is perfect. Breakfast was ok. no ham. Wifi was perfect.

Initially, I was given a different room to the one I had booked (same sea view but still different inside the room). The hotel then provided another room more similar to the one I had booked, but it was still not the same room. So keep in mind that the pictures may be different.

Location was great if you want to stay central of Kas. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great, and what did we pay is quite normal for the area. The view from the terrace super cool.

We were staying on the top floor (the lower floor of the terrace) and there was a regular noise coming from the terrace. ( begging from 05:30am till 00:00am )

Loved the breakfast spread here, the best one we had in Antalya - not only the view, but the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, just nice for a couple. Its also great that its located in walking distance to the town for shopping and food, very close to the beach, markets nearby, and the pier to catch a boat for island hoping/sea activities.

The experience with the hotel was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The location is more than you could ask (a few minutes from city center and just a few meters from some beach clubs). The breakfast at the terrace super delicious!!!

Location was amazing and the staff was extemely nice and helpful with booking all the activities (it was less expensive directly booking with the hotel vs tripadvisor). The breakfast was also very good. Pretty good for the price we paid for in that area. Parking available on premises.

The only downside was the rooms. They were always clean but the room itself is a bit old and outdated. Also a bit small. We had a little smell issue the first night and they changed our room right away.
