Belinda Hotel truly felt like a home away from home during our short stay in Kaş. The warm hospitality of the family made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we really appreciated. The hotel is ideally located, and the sea-facing rooms offer breathtaking views—we stayed on the third floor and could even see the Greek island of Kastellorizo from our balcony. They were also kind enough to accommodate our request for a late checkout. Linda’s place is truly special, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The staff were lovely, we had a slight issue with the room key not working (dead battery in the door) and they promptly resolved by shifting us to another room with the same features. Breakfast was great, coffee was tasty. Walking distance to town and we also walked to the next bay, big pebble beach (over the hill about 15 minutes and very hot) but we loved our day there! The shower was the best shower we have had on our trip so far. So much water pressure. Nice and quiet area away from the party noise in town.

Pool area was a bit small but totally fine as we spent most of the time at the beach.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Clean, comfortable, lovely pool with comfy sun loungers and parasols. Kettle, fridge and even a small carton of milk provided for tea/coffee. Air con in bedroom and lounge, excellent wifi everywhere. The 1 bedroom apartment had two terraces, one with table and chairs, and the other with a drying rack for clothes. Lovely gardens, restaurant area. Very chilled. Highly recommend.

The walk down to the bus stop alongside a busy road and not the most attractive. Pavements very uneven, but not an issue for us.

The location and the atmosphere were good. The staff were very attentive to making our stay comfortable. We liked Walter (the dog) and the breakfasts were great. Pool not big but nice to cool off.

Only parking is on the road and it is a real challenge to find a spot to park. Driving in Kaz is for the brave and experts. The rooms are small but we knew that. The pool closes at 7 pm which is abit early. Bed was comfy but could have had a larger coverlet.

Aysun hanım , the owner, is a wise woman that works harder than her staff and keeps the place immaculate She bakes a different cake every night to serve at breakfast the next day. She has her own olive orchard and preps the green olives herself (I requested to buy some, they were the best green olives i had in a long time but she said made only enough for breakfasts at her hotel) They are all kind carong and super attentive to their guests at Belinda hotel. The place is always clean and walter (Aysun's border collie) adds a friendly touch to the lovely service they provide.

Room is compact with suitcases It would have been nice for balcony furniture to be out on balcony when we arrived and not stacked in bedroom. Water not replaced daily Get ready to work your legs to get to the hotel at the top of the hill, but we’ve got used to hills in Turkey 😊

Never felt welcome or that our business was appreciated. The only hotel in Turkey that does not have a kettle in room and complimentary coffee and tea in room or lobby. A travesty considering the price.

The property is cozy and the location close to the beaches, 15 min walk or 5 with a car, excellent breakfasts, comfortable beds, the personal is very friendly and ready-to-help, we asked for changing the room and few other request and they were happy to provide us this support.

Wi fi connection is not stable in rooms which was annoying, it works in other hotel areas though

The room felt overpriced for the value provided. It was very basic and lacked essential amenities—there wasn’t even a water kettle for making coffee or tea, which is typically a standard offering in most hotels across Turkey
