The location was better than we hoped and the staff was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had on any vacation. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance was the busy street with everything you would need and a lively street that we weren’t even aware of which is open till even 2am when we went. It was such a lovely stay. We genuinely loved our stay and would love to stay there but be a little more vocal about the cleaning next time.

The only issue was the cleaning. They would make the bed but not change the sheets everyday. the used mugs were not changed for 3 days. My child had spilled something on the table and the spill was there till I cleaned it myself. So that was kinda disappointing. I asked the receptionist for towels etc if I knew it’s not changed and they brought it right up. I would just say that I need clean mugs or towels etc but should’ve complained rather than just letting it go. I thought it’s ok maybe this time but it just continued.

We got free parking which was invaluable, parking in Kas during high season is ridiculous. Access to the beach club right across the street with free lounges. We had an ocean view room with a balcony which was beautiful. Breakfast was very good with nice views of the Med. There's a pool which seemed like plus, we didn't use it. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great price for the area.

It's dated, not a big deal, but if you want a super modern hotel, this isn't it. Wifi was spotty in room and restaurant.

The staff were very friendly,helpful and efficient,anything we asked them was dealt with quickly and with a smile. We had a room on the top floor at the side but still had a wonderful view. The room was cleaned every day and to a high standard with an electronic panel to register when you were out of the room so available for cleaning which prevented early knocks on door etc The location was excellent,sea to front ,with beach club and close walk to restaurant,shops and harbour. The swimming pool was always clean and there was food available throughout the day from around the pool area. We are looking forward to returning next year.

The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, amazing views from our terrace. The thing we most appreciated though was that we arrived at the hotel much earlier than anticipated, with two very tired kids, and they let us have our room way before check-in time so that we could sleep! We were so grateful for this kindness. Loved the little friendly cat who lived there too! The hotel is in an excellent location as it's not in the busy bit of town, but still only a short walk in, but also only a 15 min walk east to the amazing Little Pebble Beach/Mermaid/Ada, so it covered everything we needed from our family holiday.

A few times there was no hot water for the shower, which was annoying. A jug of milk (for the cereal) and jugs of juice would have been appreciated at the breakfast?

Great location. Near lots of beach clubs and restaurants. Beautiful views and definitely worth having a water view room. We had the room with a private outdoor patio and tub and loved it. The breakfast was also wonderful and had many options.

The beach clubs blare music throughout the day and night and it can be annoying. The hotel was pretty dated and the bed didn’t have sufficient blankets. Housekeeping had to be requested, and even when they were they often didn’t show up until the evening. Also, we were here for our honeymoon, which we put in the booking but there was no acknowledgement of this from the hotel.

The view from the room (3rd floor) was amazing and mesmerizing. We fell in love with the view. We had a full view of Meis island. Location is very nice., 5 min walk from downtown. Very quite location. Also hotel has a good beach. ( shared with other company)

Sunbeds on the Pebble beach ( hotel’s beach) were always occupied by towels. The ones who owned the cafe (pebble) always booked them for other customers who paid. So it was a little annoying that hotel residents couldn’t use those sunbeds ( first row sunbeds) But beach staff is very nice though, they are caring. Breakfast: served from 8-10am, but around 9:40 food is almost finished and no coffee because they turn off the machine. Didn’t understand it. Choice of food is basic but good.

The location provides wonderful views. The hotel possess a private beach, which is good. We enjoyed opportunity to step out our room directly to swimming pool area. Where the special delight was VOLK restaurant. This restaurant is what makes this hotel very special. Without it, Hera would have been just another stereotype hotel. But with VOLK restaurant this is really something good, because it’s a decent European and Russian kitchen. Very well cooked. Not overdone, not otherwise but exactly as it should be. Living in Turkey we almost forgot about how good food can be prepared. Thank you Hera Hotel and VOLK restaurant for this beautiful reminder and our vacation in general

When we just came, we had to wait some time before checking in was possible. It was Ibrahim bey, the receptionist who saved the situation and fixed the things right with his help and compliments. Sometimes I had impression, that without him everything there would go wrong. But this man can hold it up, thanks. Breakfasts NOT from VOLK were so so. Normal, not bad, but not very good either.

Location is beach front and the hotel gas its own beach. There are beds and umbrellas, a nice restaurant serving pasta, pizza, wraps and all kinds alcohol. The hotel is clean, has elevators, an indoor but with a sea view and open windows restaurant serving a really good breakfast. The swimming pool area is clean, has umbrellas and beds, and the swimming there is nice, tje swimming pool is 7 by 8 meters and has a sea view. There is also an ala carte restaurant by the swimming pool, open all day till late, with rather a good menu and drinks. The music by the pool stops at 23:00 sharp. The staff is great, they gave us a room by the pool, when we only booked a side view.

The bathrooms are extremely small. There is no doorknob for the towels. In the room is also no doorknobs, and the room was very tiny. The hotel needs a renovation, everything is rather old. But it didn’t bother us a lot. We were just for one night. The music on the beach is very loud, difficult to relax. The sea in front of hotel is very cold, but this is of course not a fault of the hotel. It comes from the cold springs.

Beautiful hotel, you feel like in Greece. The check in was super fast, with great room allocation. Car parking is very convenient, I love the beach it’s just down across the small street. I will definitely come back again. Thank you to Ibrahim for solving some issues very quickly

Service thanks to İbrahim was amazing. After a terrible start he more than compensated us for the initial experience and made us feel very well looked after, moved us to a new room and we could put the first night behind us

The initial room was poor quality, not as depicted in the photos, no towels, wrong sized sheets (too small for the bed) lots of noise and it smelt of cigarette smoke. no one on reception to help as late in the evening.
