The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite and the sofa made up as a bed also, both that and the bed were super comfy. Bathroom has a huge shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. A coffee machine and tea (milk and water too in fridge) means you can sit on the small balcony overlooking the Cathedral with a morning drink or wine glass and opener provided for evening relax overlooking the street of restaurants and shops below (not too noisy). 10 minute stroll to the main entrance of Pompei ruins and two stations within a three and 10 minute walk. Very easy to get a train from Naples. Achille was helpful providing check in and out information and was easily contactable. Overall we had a great stay at the Pompei Plaza.

Location is fantastic- literally everything on your doorstep including the ruins 👌🏻 My son and I loved the apartment and it’s charm A great cosy balcony to watch the world go by which is a great bonus ! Room is exceptionally clean ,the memory foam four poster bed is so comfy , clean and fresh bedding too ! I loved the fact they gave you a choice of pillows , firm or soft so it suits everyone’s comfort level Fridge provided with milk and cold water waiting for you , coffee machine with plenty of pods , tea, sugar - nice touch ! Tv which you can easily link your Netflix or YouTube account too Beautiful shower room , lots of hot water , shampoo and body wash provided and lots of towels which are of luxurious standard ! Hairdryer with came in very handy Great communication with Achille the host - easy to follow instructions and nothing is too much trouble for him - his response is instant!! Apartment is through an archway which is just off the high street ,and up flights of stairs , I felt safe as lots of people are around eating , shopping especially families and without the door codes to the apartments no one can get in - would I stay again ….. absolutely 👍 💯 Highly recommended- I can’t wait to go back x

The room we were allocated was fantastic. Very new and superb finish. I think it was a free upgrade in next door apartment block with lift. Perfect position right near square. Easy for ruins and rail stations. Couldn’t have asked for more. Good communication from host.

Nothing not to like. Be aware that the arrival information came via WhatsApp on the morning of arrival. If this is usual method it is vital to have a smart phone with data connectivity or seek it ahead of time.

What a lovely clean comfortable, centrally appointed apartment. Some wonderful bars and restaurants within a short walk. The view from the balcony was a treat looking out at the beautiful church. Get a private guide for the ruins of Pompeii. Highly recommend Pompeii Tours by Gaetano and Ciro! The Pompeii ruins are within walking distance (about a mile).

Bed was a bit hard to our liking but everything else made us forget that.

Perfect property - beautiful design and attention to detail . The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable & the bed linen , towels were great quality . Having tea and coffee & a fridge available was a lovely addition . High quality doors means street noise is reduced so not a lot of disruption despite being in a busy street . Immaculately clean and a smooth stress free check in whilst Achille was available to answer any queries . We parked in Car park Gloria which also provides an excellent service a few yards away . Highly recommend .

There are no negatives to this property

We really liked the property. The communication with the host is immediate. We were allowed to leave the luggage the day after. We stayed in the room without balcony. It was very quiet. The bed is wide (160 or 180 cm). The mattress is a a bit soft to my preference however my husband enjoyed it. The circumvesuviana train station “Pompei Scavi” is 20-25 min walk. It is a bit far however the walk is along Pompei ruins on the main street with restaurants and souvenir shops. It felt very safe after sunset. The closest entrance to Pompei ruins is Amfiteatro which is a couple minutes walk from the apartment. So you don’t need to walk to the Porta Marina entrance. The bus stop to Vesuvius is located near the Pompei Scavi train station (again, 20-25 min pleasant walk). I recommend the property :)

Location is very convenient to get around to sanctuary train stations and Scavi station in Pompeii , restaurant and shop just down the street the view from the balcony is Fantastic , the church of Santuary just right in front of you , property is very clean ! Recommend ! If we even return to visit Pompeii ruins definitely will stay here again if available !

Great location., easy to find. Host was very quick to respond in WhatsApp. WiFi good, large room with a good view. Tv had English Netflix.

Needed more than one roll of toilet roll, should alway leave two. We arrived on a Monday for 1 night but we didn't know that nearly everywhere is shut on a Monday, not the accommodations fault.

THE BED was amazing. Plus we were straight on the corner of the Church. A 6 minutes walk for the entrance of Pompei. The host allowed us to store our luggage while we were visiting the site and could pick them up after. Our 5yrs old daughter had to use the bathroom (Emergency style) and he made it happen. Would definitely go again and it's less crowded this way since the waves of people arrives later in the morning and leaves at night.

The location in the heart of Pompeii was amazing. We were close walking distance to everything, and the recommended parking garage and the people there were outstanding. Pompeii is a great little active town with a lot of restaurants, and this location is right in the heart of it. Communication with the host was outstanding.

The room was a little smaller than we anticipated, but it worked for our family. The towels were poor quality and shedded all over us and our clothing. Those need to be upgraded for sure. Being right downtown there is a lot of street light pouring in, so the room is super bright even in the middle of the night. Adding room darkening shades and towels would greatly improve this location and take it to a 10.
