All the staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. Location for me was a good choice as I use public transport and Arcadia station in less than a 10 min walk away. Area is quiet and walkable also in the evening. Good size room and good size bathroom.

I had booked an accessable/disability room but on arrival was told they were all being renovated. I booked 3 months in advance and would have preferred to have been advised this room type was not available.

I encountered a bit of a mix up on rooms. I had requested an ADA room since I was traveling with my dad. When I brought it up to Jackie, which was running the front desk. She was quick to make the adjustments and switch us rooms immediately, she also helped me switch rooms. Everyone at the hotel was nice, friendly and professional. When I would go to get coffee in the morning and snacks were low, Ethan made sure to grab some more to make sure there was always a variety. I will definitely book a room again just to get a good night sleep and enjoy the good coffee.

Since you only get room service after you 8 days of staying there. It would be a good idea to have cleaning supplies especially a mop and a broom. Although I went to the front desk, and I borrowed one. No kitchenware available. So I had to go buy some, only to find out at checkout they had some available upon request.

The room was clean and well-equipped. We wanted a temporary place while still looking for an apartment; this hotel was a good choice. I liked that it has a full-sized fridge so I was able to bring most of the contents of my fridge. The staff are all so nice and helpful.

It was very difficult to open the windows when you cooked as there was no exhaust for the stove. It only has a fan.

Everything went good and the receptionists are very nice and always willing to help and answer your questions that was the best part of my stay there. Everything was great except that i got a room on the side of the freeway and i specially like to enjoy the sounds of nature but the freeway is active 24/7. I would definitely stay there again

It was up and loaded and ready to go early in the morning never fell short of anything product wise very well done very much appreciated excellent services for the reception your laundry your extra needs of anything towels blankets pillows etc soap

There wasn't nothing I didn't like everything was perfect on time well put together and there's also enough help at the front desk for services to attend to your needs upon arrival exiting or departure

, room was clean , good Airconditioner, no busy traffic inside , the room was quiet , good parking lot,& clean ,

The smell is hallway , I think we we're too close to nonsmoking section is the only thing I can think of ,

Proximity to the arboretum was great, as I was attending a wedding there, and a variety of places to eat, great parking, and everything I saw was clean and well kempt

The windows were dirty, and you can see the weather stripping is coming loose and hanging down around window, this made me feel like I was at a cheap motel

Jackie is the best to take care of us. When we landed in United States, she helped a lot.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great value! Perfect location for us because we were going to the races at Santa Anita.

Easy to find

There was a live walking cockroach in the restroom. In the morning I did not see the breakfast available at 8am, unless I was looking in the wrong location of the lobby.
