The room was comfortable. The pillows and towels were great! Very close to a delicious family restaurant

I arrived on my motorcycle 90 minutes early for Check-In and was not allowed to get into my room unless I paid extra. I arrived early as it was extremely hot that day and needed to get off the road early..I was told by Jack at the front desk I couldn't check in unless I paid. I have traveled extensively since the late 70's and have never paid this. I have been a Wyndham Rewards member since the program started in the early 90's. Jack told me my room was cleaned and ready but I couldn't get in unless I paid extra. I left 3 hours before check out the next day Does this mean I get a refund for leaving 3 hours early? My room was clean but the floors were filthy.

The location and the price were the main things I liked. It's located right at the intersection of US 24 and I-55 or Illinois old rt. 66 which runs right along I-55 if you want to avoid the interstate. There is a McDonald's and a shell gas station right next door as well.

The main thing I didn't like was that it was pretty noisy all throughout the night even with only a few other people staying. It's not really the hotel's fault and pretty much what you expect staying at a budget hotel but it definitely could have been better.

This is hands down the best Super 8 I have ever been to. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and by a McDonald's and gas station. The hotel was clean, and check-in was quick. We just crashed for the night, but the room was fine. We had a fridge and microwave. Also, the area appears very safe and low-key.

The pillows at all Super 8 hotels are terrible. This one is no different. If possible, bring your own.

The reason why I gave this property such high marks is because it is run by a very nice family who do everything they can to keep the facilities clean and hospitable. It is low key and good value for your money. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting family or friends in Chenoa. The room that we have stayed in is the disability accommodation room on the first floor. It is well equipped, spacious, and comfortable.

After staying her a few times, there really is nothing I didn't like. It is not super fancy. It is clean, comfortable and feels safe.

Clean room and close to where we were going. We could take our dog and was very quiet.

Thought we were getting a handicap room but there was only 1 hand hold and it was clear at the front of the shower. It also has a high side and was hard to get in and out of the shower with bad knees.

Everything was great. Check in was quick, the room was clean and well stocked, the room was quiet and perfect temperature with no odd odors at all. The complimentary breakfast was good with fruit, cereals, juices, bagels, fresh cooked waffles, coffee, tea, toast. The location was good too. Reasonable prices.

No usb ports for charging. Shower takes a LONG time to get hot water. Once it got there it was great
