My 5-month-old son enjoyed his first swim here in a generously heated pool. I was told the owner makes it a point to keep the pool warm for little ones. This was the warmest and best pool I have ever had the pleasure of swimming in. I appreciated that there was always a staff member at the front desk. The staff was very nice and even recommended attractions while we were passing through Pontiac. The staff also gave us a room on the first floor to make it easier for us to move around with a baby. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! If I ever come this way again, I would like to stay at THIS hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. There was nothing that I did not like.

The breakfast was pretty good. Well stocked with a lot of variety. I had the boiled eggs. My family liked the omelette and the yogurt. The location was perfect. We were 30 minutes away from the wedding destination. The restroom was nicely stocked. Plenty of shampoo and lotion. The house keeping crew was also great.

The showerhead had algae on its head and when I took a shower, there was an LG smell in the shower. That’s what I didn’t like. Also, I couldn’t use the swimming pool I come there because your pool is very clean and I enjoy swimming and the fact I couldn’t because you guys shocked the pool. It would’ve been nice to know that.

This is an outstanding motel. The location is convenient, just off the highway. We had a beautiful corner room with a comfortable king bed. We liked the on-line check-in, particularly because we could choose the location of our room in advance. We arrived after midnight, but a friendly host was there to welcome us. The breakfast was great with a wonderful selection including numerous fresh items. We especially liked the tasteful, modern décor throughout.

Nothing! Could have been better. One of our best motel stays ever.

We just love Hampton Inns. This one is in my home town and convenient. It is very clean and the breakfast was good! Front desk staff was friendly.

2 motels directly across the street were considerably cheaper. Yes, they may be older, but for one or 2 nights, saving $60 or $70 per night might make people choose those rather than Hampton.

The male staff at the first desk was AMAZING!!

The breakfast attend was rude. There was trash on the counter near me and she asked if it belonged to me. I can make assumptions to why she asked ME out of ALL the OTHER guest utilizing the breakfast area but it would only be an educated guess, only see knows why she sought me out.

The quality of the hotel from the super comfortable beds, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast, and the well equipped market place make this one of my favorite Hampton Inns. The local management is excellent!

The only thing I wish is that they still had some rooms with a bathtub. My friend does not have a bathtub at home He really wanted to soak in the bathtub.

I stay here once a month or so when in town visitingfamily. Sure there are probably cheaper places in Pontiac but none as nice as here. Staff is always nice. Place is clean. Beds are comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was at capacity but everything was very pleasant. Breakfast was busy but the hostess was working hard to keep up.
