Always try to stay here when I can. Walking challenged their handicap rooms on the 1st floor are great. I've been coming here for years - and hope to be able to use this as a home base in Pontiac for the future. Stopped booking direct as the room prices are all over the place - after staying somewhere 25 years I understand local economy but I feel room values for Pontiac are getting excessive. I am volunteering in town. Maybe the hotel should have a stable rate for frequent volunteers with proof of the time you are donating.

Having to book with vendors instead of going direct. Pricing is all over the place.

Great location, nice room. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We would go back again if the construction wasn't so bad in this direction

Breakfast wasn't great, but we ate out at a nice restaurant not far from the hotel. I never really care for continental. The construction north of the hotel was so bad we went a different direction the next time. It added 2 hours to our drive. We Avoided any city areas on way home..

The staff were all friendly. When we got to our room, my husband had to go to the bathroom and when he flushed the toilet, it kept running. He tried to fix it, but it needed a new part. I went to the front desk and the clerk had someone come fix it within 5 minutes. Very happy with the quick maintenance service! The BED, Oh my...so very comfortable. I believe it was a new bed, so cozy and not broken down on the sides or the end (foot) of the matress.

The bathroom floor and tub could be replaced, old and outdated (but clean) The carpeting looks new and may have been recently installed (very nice).

The elevator is in the wrong place. I should of asked for a handicap room.

Rooms were nice, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was varied and great! Stayed on the way to the airport so it was exactly what we needed it for

No complaints as we just needed a rest for the night on the way to the airport. BW never disappoints

Location, clean rooms.

Bad smell in the room. We opened the window and went out for couple of hours then back and the smell still there. We didn't complain about that to the front desk.

The staff was friendly. The were attentive to my family's needs. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The pool is nice too!

Room was a little outdated. Side entrance never locked so security issue. Carpet in hall dark and outdated.
