The bed was super comfy. It was like laying on a cloud. The room was spacious, breakfast was hot and good verity. We can not comment on the restaurant and the pool as we didn't use either. However the restaurant had a nightly special list at the front desk and also gave hotel guest 10% off their meals which is super nice.

The only thing I really didn't like was that the rate was not on the sheet when checking in. But I double checked it at check out and it was fine. Just like to be able to confirm at check in.

The price was average or better, than most in the area/ The room was neat and clean.

Desk clerk was hard to locate on arrival and departure. The ice machine on my floor was not operational. First place I have stayed that required a $100 deposit. Clerk said it would be refunded in 3-5 billing days, clerk couldn't explain why the charge, and doesn't show up on the receipt. Not at all impressed. I will not be back.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff goes above and beyond. We booked the room online and unfortunately the room we were supposed to get was having work done on it (jacuzzi room). The gentleman at the desk was able to communicate with his supervisor and we got an even better deal getting upgraded to the deluxe suite (the jacuzzi was the whole reason I booked here). Breakfast had a good variety to choose from (eggs, biscuits, gravy, a meat, along with fruit and cereal type items) we were definitely satisfied and full. I gave the hotel an 8 because of the front desk courtesy, food and cleanliness.

We went into the resturant/bar area to shoot some pool. We were told they already stopped serving food which was fine. Got a couple drinks and $5 in change from the bartender. We were into second game of pool and another employee who was at the bar drinking with a few others shut the lights off above us. No one came over and said we are closing or mentioned that part (we were there maybe 30 min) yet the lights were on directly above the rude ass employees who again were drinking... they appeared to be done with their shifts yet still represent the hotel. If it were based on these people, they deserve a 1 and that is only because of the bartender... she was pleasant

Our breakfast was pretty good. The eggs weren’t cooked all the way on the 2 day but it was busy. The ladies however were great. Friendly and did a good job keeping up with everyone. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t dusted and drain cover was loose but overall the room was good. Restaurant/Bar very nice and food was quit excellent. Front staff very nice as well. We’ll be looking to stay again next time we’re in town.

The restaurant best chicken wings and cozy reception. Location Not too many kids running up and down the halls. Not a bad wait for Uber/Lyft

The pool was out of service they charge for laundry for guests but don’t provide change to wash. Microwave was running itself had to unplug to turn off

Breakfast great, had a carry out meal from the restaurant which was very good, room very clean and comfortable, the rooms must be very sound proof as I didn't hear any other people in their rooms... wish I could have stayed longer but had to get back home.

water pressure on shower seem a little low... but, fine otherwise. I didn't find any instructions on the TV and had trouble figuring out how to get channels... neither control seemed intuitive to me. But, this is not a real problem for me as I had very little time to watch TV.

The rating for breakfast was listed as very good. However, other than real glasses and plates and real silverware instead of plastic, the food was similar to other hotels.

The bed was too soft and for me, the pillows were too hard.

Restaurand/Bar, breakfast

When I booked on Booking.com I was given the total of $178.08. My credit card was bill $180.08. No one could explain why I was charged the extra. This has never happened before

It was clean and convenient to where we needed to be. Very friendly staff.

The mattress was so uncomfortable. It was way too soft. They need to invest in new mattresses.

Was clean and nice quiet neighborhood

Did not like the breakfast! Added half and half toy coffee and it was curdled. The food looked like it had been heated up from the day before. The waffles looked like thawed out eggos that had been put in a pan of water and soaked. Just nasty. Room was nice but for the price ,it would have been nice to have breakfast and coffee.
