I was grumpy after riding in the car too long and wasting an hour with a bad set of directions. When I arrived at the front desk, the person who greeted me was friendly, calm, and efficient. She alerted me to. The fact that I had some drink tickets and a discount at the attached restaurant. While I didn't take advantage that night, it was a nice gesture. I was a lot friendlier after our exchange 😀

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave in the morning 😕 I could have taken up residence in that beautiful penthouse junior suite! The room was comfortable! The breakfast was the very best that I've had on my whole trip. I was sad to leave.

We booked last minute coming through town on a road trip from Minnesota to Georgia. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. We checked in close to midnight and there was a lot of partying going on in the bar by the lobby. Made me a little uncomfortable coming in late at night with my children however if it was just my husband and I we probably would've joined in. Haha. It was a friday night. But once we got to our room which was a few floors up it was super quiet and peaceful.

The bar night life going on by the lobby made it very difficult to find parking. We had to park around on the other side of the attached restaurant. It seemed like there was a lot of people there that weren't actually staying at the hotel, I say that because really early the next morning half of the cars directly in front of the hotel/lobby were gone. There should be parking designated for hotel room guests only. Not the end of the world just a suggestion.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Hot breakfast was great with many options to choose from: eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bacon, bagels, oatmeal, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes on Sunday, juice, milk, coffee and more.

The hallway temperature was too cold 🥶 and the bathroom was smaller than normal. Not a lot of room to maneuver in the bathroom.

Location was clean, breakfast staff and morning front desk staff were friendly and cheerful.

Evening staff at front desk were disappointing. All 5 of us agreed that the check in team was unfriendly and seemed put off by having to perform their functions. Also, no cookies on arrival, which is your signature. Unfortunately that was my first and lasting impression of this location, in spite of all the positives. First impressions are a big deal.

The breakfast food choices were very good. The room was clean and nice... And maybe the cleanest I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels.

The breakfast hot food was not all that hot, it was barely warm. The best place to watch TV was in bed, but I would have preferred to set in a chair that had a better angle to view it.

This hotel is a new fav!!! I traveled with 2 kids alone and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I love that I asked for a bit of a later checkout being from out of town and have our schedule rearranged a bit and they had no problem letting my girls and I stayed until after noon! Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant on site was great, will definitely stay here a thousand times over!

It was a very clean facility.

It seemed understaffed at the front desk. Not sure if it was because of Easter, but there was only one person working it and they were frequently away from the front desk. If we came down to inquire about something there were several people in line to check in with no one in sight behind the desk, sometimes for several minutes.

Very clean and friendly and convenient.

The price i book was 20 dollars a night more through this website then if I called and booked with them directly so I won't be doing that again also no mention of offering discounts for service members at all through the booking website.

Didn’t have breakfast but staff was very nice and welcoming

Only thing i didn’t like was our room was right next to the bar and there seemed to be a wedding or something going on the Friday we got in so it was a little noisy but besides that it was great.

The guy in the suit pink tie with his ears slightly gaged ears was very professional and brought up no feather pillows because my fiance is allergic to them. Promptly.

The price was a little much for what it offers. I get we got a suite but I expect more for my dollar
