I liked that they recognized me from job made me feel welcome. The price was lower then whaty reservation said. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. No one bothered us and it was very quiet

I didn't like that there was not enough waffle batter for everyone to eat waffles. I love waffles and the syrup was always empty. I think it was because workers at the restaurant across the way came to help themselves to breakfast every morning so it left none for paying guests. Plus there was no access to the pool because they closed it down 5 years ago which is why I booked this hotel. Otherwise no complaints.

Very nice for the price. Clerks at front desk pleasant. They had a nice layout for breakfast, but I had a Breakfast meeting elsewhere that morning so I only had a Tea and Muffin. They had plenty of eggs, sausage, milk, bagels, cereal ect. Would've been fine for me.

Saw some construction going on in parking lot, which was needed. Front entry had a top coat of concrete put over the original entry which was chipping away and could be a hazard, should be rectified for safety and appearance.

Room was a bit smaller but has been renovated and was clean and comfortable. Toiletries were good brand and smelt nice. Has a fridge and coffee making. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cabinet is a bit close to the toilet in the bathroom. Couldn’t work out how to flick the bath to shower so had a bath and found it difficult to get out without rails. Curtains could be a bit more blockout.

I was looking for clean and safe accommodations, and this hotel fit the bill. The price was right. The night manager (sorry, can't remember her name) was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly.

The free breakfast was a little of a let down; it was the bare minimum, no frills kind. When I went down for breakfast at 8:30AM (breakfast ends at 9:00AM), there was no cream cheese or butter left for the bagels/toast/English muffins. When I asked for cream cheese, I was handed one small pack. Found that a little stingy. :(

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had a fan and powerful hair dryer. The room was quiet. The location was excellent, close to Hwy. 55.

No microwave! Only one bright light over the entire bed, so hard for one person to read while other sleeps. The breakfast was adequate, but no juice.

There was an odd noise early in the morning, like some kind of plumbing issue. It went on for quite a while. I called the front desk, but I did not hear anything back from them. She also had no idea what the noise could be.

It was so easy to check in.. The staff was very nice and professional The room was clean and neat. I loved the toilet paper rose, it was a nice touch.

Coffee maker too small. One cup at a time. I do like the coffee pots better.

We liked how the rooms were clean, friendly staff.

Only thing we did not exactly care for was the dogs above us. Think they were a bigger breed as they would pounce on the floors when they went ofter the ball that was bounced.
