I liked the clean room and comfortable mattress and pillows. I appreciate that they honored my request to be put in a quieter area of the hotel. I appreciated a warm room on a very cold winter night. I was glad to be able to have our dog stay with us in the room. I liked the friendly woman at check in.

The breakfast bar was a bit sad, but as long as I got a nice hot cup of tea to start the day I was fine. I wasn't expecting a lavish breakfast due to the price. A nice piece of fruit was fine for me.

The breakfast was ok, small not much to pick from. It was close to a lot of restaurants Where you could walk to them.

they could have offered more of a choice to eat, like fruit, and yogurt for people that are trying to keep the weight off. They had a lot of carbs.

The air conditioner was very loud. It is 4 hours since we left the hotel and I still don't have anything confirming Check out. I also don't have a receipt for the stay.

The man at the front desk was super nice, helpful, and accommodating, which makes all the difference. The property is in a good location and is safe.

There was a lot of trash in the parking lot I guess it was guest leftovers.

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. I bought my dog with me the front desk clerk offered her a dog treat from a box she had right there. A nice touch.

I became sick while there and had to stay 2 extra nights. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Good job with the decor & amenities considering it’s an old building.

Everything was clean and the place was peaceful.

Had to actually slam the door with my shoulder to open it, thought for a moment was given the wrong key/room number.There were cobwebs on the lock area. Dead roach in bathroom!! Poor shower head, lots of pressure from faucet, hardly any when shower pull engaged.

I was able to bring my dogs (2) without incurring additional fees.

I wish there was a TV channel guide in the room.
