The hotel was comfortable, pretty, quiet, accommodating and the breakfast was a step up, the eggs were great. I love that the eggs were in a beautiful pot instead of a warmer. They provided oat milk, 2% and skim milk. They had fruit and a cobbler but I didn’t try because of diabetes Huge rooms with a couch seemed easier to sleep in. We also had our comfort dog, we laid a picnic blanket down for him to eat, drink and lay on. It has a plastic backing.

The breakfast was included, for a diabetic really only tea and coffee and I don’t drink that. There was water and you could buy drinks other that. The French toast sticks were a little tough. We found a used little tinny bottle of empty alcohol tucked on shelf in the closet shelf up high. Not sure how my husband found it. There was a chip in the bath tub, I thought it a bug at first. lol.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was included in our rate and was simple and adequate for our needs. We were able to park our car across the road in the Amtrak building after unloading our bags. We only had a one night stay and this was more than suitable for our purposes. Checkin was a bit slow, but this was not the fault of the staff, it was the people the young guy was trying to assist. The hotel should probably have an extra person on at 3 pm check in time. There are also places to eat nearby, but some were closed on the day we arrived (Mon)

The air conditioner in our room was so noisy. We had to turn it off during the night as even with ear plugs in we could still hear it rattling. It clanged and banged every time it changed what it was doing.

Clean, fresh, comfortable pillows and beds. Great breakfast in a spacious eating area—real dishes and silverware instead of paper plates and plastic cutlery. Kids liked the pool.

Here’s the same recommendation I give to every place I stay. HAVE A SMALL NIGHTLIGHT IN THE BATHROOM. When you get up at night to go to the bathroom (we’re seniors) you don’t want to flip on a light that disturbs everyone as you feel your way to a pitch black bathroom in an unfamiliar room layout in the middle of the night. Seems like this would be a basic safety measure in all hotel rooms.

Room was great and decorations and having a couch was nice to not have to sit on bed only when in the room. The bathroom and shower were nice. Staff very nice.

Parking was a bit confusing. Getting a hold of the front desk was not good so I had to go down stairs. Do drapes on the windows just a nice pulldown but it was see through or not darkening so sleeping in was not possible.

Excellent pool, warm and soothing, great for all. Excellent location for food and fun. Ellie at the front desk was FABULOUS! She helped us with directions, good places to visit and an umbrella to borrow, when the weather turned particularly nasty one morning. She's a keeper! ☺️

The breakfast was just ok, not up to our expectations, both days. Maybe include cranberry juice, childproof cups, utensils. Parking was around the corner and across the street. Ok for most, but not for handicapped individuals. Some front desk staff were snotty; a young, long, braided hair, light skin African American girl, in particular. Not a good attitude for hospitality industry. We come road weary and bedraggled. We want to see SMILES, and help! More "Ellie's" on staff needed. Smiling, friendly and helpful!

Very clean and updated. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was very friendly.

There are 2 Pelotons to use in the gym. I love that, but you can only use one because the other requires you to have special shoes to clip in. If you don’t travel with those shoes (most people do not) then you can’t use it. If you are going to have 2 Pelotons, we should be able to use both instead of waiting to use only 1.

The young lady at the counter when we arrived on 5/27 after 11pm, was very accommodating, patient, and displayed great people’s skills. Her attitude and personality helped us feel at easy and happy to have chosen Hyatt hotel during our family’s visit resulting from a catastrophe related to lighting and thunderstorms which caused serious damage to our home. Thanks!!

Everything she did was awesome!! There was nothing else she could have done. She was an awesome 👏🏻 employee.

Handicapped room had bars in the restroom & that was all. Stool too short; tub should be roll in; sink faucet too small & back too far; room should be on first floor in event of fire. Better directions of what to do in event of fire or disasters. When consulting on how a handicapped room should be equipped , try to consult an actual handicapped person for ideas!! They know better what is needed in their room. Tx

My husband And I were in town for a dr appt and we will have to come back a few more times and I was very satisfied with this hotel and it was very close to the office we were going to. The staff was very nice, everything was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was really good! I liked the culligan water cooler in the lobby so I was able to fill my water bottle before we left without having to use the tap water.

My room was out of shampoo but I had brought my own anyways and the pillows kinda suck.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, which is convenient. Restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel. If you needed to take the train or bus, the hotel is across the street from the Amtrak/ Bus station.

I did not like the parking situation. When parking for the hotel, you are required to use the same parking garage as the train station/ bus station. We were given a card with a code to use when leaving the parking lot. I felt that this was inconvenient and would have preferred a different parking option.
