The hotel wasn't hard to get to from the interstate we were traveling. There were places nearby to obtain meals. We have a dog and found good places to walk him. Ms. Tracey, the staff member who checked us in, was the kindest person. She went above and beyond taking care of my little grandchildren's needs. The breakfast area was clean with more than enough selections for breakfast.

The pool was closed. But they had maintenance to do, and we understood that it is out of their control. Ms. Tracey worked on getting it open so we could enjoy it.

Secure facility. Staff very outgoing and professional. The extended hours for the indoor pool were great and the pool was very clean/not overly chlorinated.

The king bed was huge but was about as hard as trying to sleep on a sheet of plywood. The fire alarms were low enough for a child to pull the fire alarm at 10:30 the first night, and then the morning we left someone burnt a waffle at breakfast at 7am startling us awake with that fire alarm again.

We really loved the location. The staff went above and beyond to serve our every need. They were very friendly and polite and always had a smile for us when we walked in the door. The meals were wonderful and the kitchen staff was friendly and hard at work every minute we were there.

Absolutely nothing, and my 83 year old Mother is hard to please. She had only positive comments regarding the property. We plan to stay with you every time we are in town.(Too bad more discounts weren't offered).

On first arrival it looked a nice hotel, the lady at the desk was very friendly, offered us a cookie, our room was fantastic with a little seating area with sofa and TV and separate bedroom, large bathroom., very clean, fantastic for the price, was very impressed

Very minor issue, we needed to do washing and the washing machine was out if order

Breakfast with eggs and sausage!! Bed was comfortable and room clean. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Plenty of outlets. Good space. Easy parking.

Pillows! Water pressure! Floor laminate separation, Location a bit hard to find…needs signs!

The breakfast was good. somewhat typical food choices. It was continually being replenished. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to take our dog outside from our room.

The shower curtain was too long and not wide enough for the shower which caused some water issues in the bathroom.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Only drawback was the hotel was being renovated so some areas outside our room were in a state of disarray. If construction was complete I would have given the stay a 10.

Nice, clean and newly renovated room. The shower could have used some attention as it had low water pressure and was kind of dingy/ dirty looking. The on site staff was great, the phone in reservations staff was not good to deal with.

DO NOT go to the restaurant next door called “Eric’s Too”… it was beyond terrible in both the service and the food. The staff was smoking meth and weed while standing next to a slot machine in the facility.

Property Nice and safe.Relatively Clean as far as hotels can be.

Does require some updating but nothing ridiculous for the price range.The only thing that was a little bothersome is that one of the beds in room 220 had stains on bottom of bed skirt.

Staff was very very nice! Breakfast was just enough! Parking was great! Shower was excellent!

The floor boards in our room must have gotten wet during someones stay once and were lifted up, we just had to be careful not to trip on them~ maybe should be looked into?
