Pet friendly. Room was nice. Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful.

Breakfast ended too early for weekend travelers. Should stay open at least to 11. Staff in the dining area were not friendly to the point of almost rude. I came down at 955am and they were already throwing out food and very rudely said" it's closed "even for a muffin or piece of fruit. The day before I was there at 830 and the staff was unfriendly. My brother said thank you to her and she said we'll it is my job and huffed away. He wasn't asking for anything just being gracious to say thank you. They either need customer service training or a job where they don't have to deal with the public at all.

Our breakfast was very good. The choices were plentiful and the breakfast server was very friendly. We have stayed at this location numerous times due to the location and proximity to the interstate.

We needed to change rooms during our stay due to a barking dog. Upon speaking to front desk personnel, I was informed it is your corporate policy to accept pets. This is extremely disappointing as I am allergic, and the last thing I want to hear during a paid stay is a barking dog. I can stay at home for no charge and listen to the dogs next door.

Staff are really nice and friendly. They helped me a lot I really liked the place so much. It’s my first experience but won’t be the last. I also recommend the hotel for my friends. Keep it going and good luck

As a Muslim I can’t eat or touch any cutlery used for Ham/ pork. It would be a great idea if Ham/pork food be separated and mentioned with sign at breakfast. Thank you so much for your help and cooperation

Parking is good, convenient to shopping such as Walmart and numerous restaurants and a movie theater. Also decent location for getting to IL State Univ. Didn't get up in time for bkfst but it seemed popular, smallish but indoor pool. Good value for $.

Noisy rooms on floor at 0100, hotel is decent, not really eye catching or inspiring, good place to stay if you're leaving the hotel to do stuff.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.

The first room we were given had obviously been used by someone who had smoked in it. When we told the desk person, she quickly arranged for us to get a different room which was fine.

It was clean and quiet.

The location was not near much, there’s a Steak ‘n Shake next door. Would love to have more stores nearby.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Hot oatmeal was a pleasant surprise in addition to waffles and omelettes.

Some of furniture was worn-couch cushions could not be turned over to avoid the worn areas!

Room needs small little attentions that would make a difference in 4 vs 5 star review.

Walls are thin. Had a very loud snorer the first night that disrupted our sleep.

Breakfast was fantastic on the two mornings that we went. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and accommodating. No troubles or issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
