The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The couch, coffee table and desk were welcoming. The bed was a little firm for me, but comfortable. The shower was really nice! The hotel was quiet and the location was great!

The breakfast was SO disappointing. I get that it’s a free breakfast, but it shouldn’t taste like it. The eggs were gritty (?), like powdered eggs, the sausage links were the pre-cooked microwaveable kind, there was no bacon or English muffins, and the coffee was awful. There were biscuits and gravy, but there was no seasoning in the gravy. There was bread, bagels and yogurt. There was a single waffle iron, but I didn’t have time to try that. It was totally lackluster.

Breakfast was good. Room OK clean and unassuming.

I went on website and was looking for pet friendly hotels. Comfort inn came up. I assumed it was, since I had added the filter. When we got to the hotel I was told they were not. The attendant told me since I booked with booking.com, said she could not and would not give me any assistance or refund. So our dog had to sleep in the car. As I walked away she said please don't bring you dog in. I don't think the comment was necessary. I just let that go. Don't think we will be back

Though we didn't request an accessible room, we got one, and it was nice. It was also on the first floor, which was also nice.

The breakfast was the disappointment. The coffee was bitter and strong, and not hot. It was a very average breakfast. My husband took a shower, and he said the water pressure was not very good. And of course, water gets all over the bathroom floor with the handicapped shower.

The room was very clean, quiet, and had nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast room.

Booked and paid through “Booking.com”. Since I didn’t book directly with the hotel, they required my credit card to put a $50.00 incidentals fee hold. The hold will be released in three to five days.

Never stayed at a Comfort Suite before. Came in for a college visit. Very clean, spacious, and everything worked. Lots of space to spread out. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from.

Breakfast was low on pancake batter & eggs. We requested more from the staff but she never came back.

From Hello to Goodbye, our time at Comfort Suites Bloomington was a very nice experience. The room was great, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and made sure our needs were met. Especially outstanding was the morning breakfast staff. They made it a pleasant meal which was both good and tasty.

I had the best night's sleep. The bed was absolutely heavenly. Never have I rested as well as I did this particular night. Room was quiet and very comfortable.

Breakfast was below my expectations. It seemed to be late getting all the food out. For a traveler it is imperative the breakfast be ready at 6 if that is the stated time. When I arrived at the room, shortly after 6 the room was nearly full.

The room appeared to be recently renovated, however, there were no towel racks and 1 towel hanger to hang towels. The shower was great except, there was no place to put soaps, shampoo etc. there were no shelves in the shower.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were amazing and the rooms were spotless, roomy, and comfortable. The pool was clean and the free breakfast was great!

Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Our room was nice. Very clean.

We only stayed the night on our road trip but it was a good night's rest and we were ready to the next morning.
