The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife could have used more room in the bathroom for her female paraphernalia but the towels were nice and thick for hotel towels.

Our entire 4 day stay we could not enjoy any TV as it kept freezing up every few minutes. My wife had a hard time getting in any exercise as half of the machines were down. I know these are minor inconveniences but when you are supposedly paying for something you kind of expect it. Also when my wife asked for an adjustment to the bill for the TV she was told that they could not do anything because I booked through you people. So you cost me money.

We came to Bloomington from South Carolina for a family funeral. We had been driving all night and needed a few hours sleep and be able to shower and dress for the funeral but we had gotten in very early that morning, long before check-in was allowed. The hotel manager was GREAT and let us check-in early so we could rest etc. I'm so thankful that this hotel realized our need and helped us out, it made the sadness of our day a little better. The breakfast was also very good.

The indoor pool was a little cold.

They had a great breakfast! Just wish I could’ve had it on my last day, but I had to get to the airport too soon! But he did tell me there was coffee!

The communication about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was confusing. I had to pay to get transportation when I was told that there was a free shuttle and she was supposed to put it on my reservation that I would be needing the shuttle at 10 o’clock. The worker said there was confusion and it wasn’t on my reservation when I know I called and requested it so I was going to have to walk

It was fine. The bed was comfortable and everything looked fine.

There was some confusion with housekeeping as I was told several times that they would only clean my room every third day. Imagine my surprise when on my first day I came out of the shower and ran into housekeeping. They were in my room everyday. There was no hot tub. The first day I tried the breakfast there was no orange juice and no coffee. I was told there was coffee by the young lady and when I showed her that the coffee was empty she directed me to the decaf. I also enjoy a late afternoon coffee and while there was a coffee dispenser, the coffee was room temperature at best.

I stay in Bloomington for work one week out of the month and this is my choice stay. The guy at the front desk in the afternoon always greets me with a smile. There is nothing over the top regarding the amenities, but the staff makes me want to return.

The pool was a little cloudy/murky giving me flashbacks of the movie "night swim" lol... it was a little scary not being able to see the bottom 😬 but I still completed my exercises on the stairs🤣

The location was convenient for a traveler coming off a long highway trip. It was relatively easy to find, and close to cafes/places where I could quickly find coffee and gas. This was particularly helpful given the limited breakfast hours. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom, the ample amount of towels and soaps, and the comfortable bed.

It would be nice if the breakfast hours were longer - ending at 9 AM is a bit too early. Also, the morning that I left, it seemed that the cleaning crew was coming by the rooms a bit early as well - before 11 AM, when I imagine many people would still be packing up.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast area. She was keeping everything fully stocked and cleaned with an extremely busy breakfast rush. The beds were very comfortable for hotel beds.

The toilet in the bathroom did not fully flush when we arrived (was fixed very quickly) and the shower had rust in the bottom. The hotel could definitely benefit from an update.

Friendly staff and an easy check-in. Modern look and feel. Spacious and clean room. A very nice breakfast spread. Wish we could have spent a little more time at the hotel rather than arriving to sleep and leaving after breakfast.

We could hear a dripping/water noise from time to time. Might have been from pipes in the walls/ceiling? Also, we could hear the people in the room above us quite late at night.

The pool was actually heated and was wonderful to be able to spend time in the pool without being in cold water like most hotel pools. Very relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Even with maid service every three days, they still provided clean towels and emptied the trash. Very much appreciated!

Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding. No other issues except elevator very small but not a problem.

Everything. Obviously this isn’t a 5* hotel but it felt like it. It was clean, my room (208) was massive. It could have fit another king bed in it and maybe a twin. The staff was great. I was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast was good (juice, yogurt, muffins, cereal, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage).

I actually had zero complaints. One could say “oh there was a chip in the bathtub” but if you judge a hotel down to that tiny piece of foolishness I hope your home is absolutely perfect.
