The hotel recently went through a renovation. It was beautiful! The room (1 king) was large and comfortable. Nice carpet and tile. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was pretty standard but everything was fresh and delicious.

The pool was “out of order” which was a bummer but they were actively working on it.

Location was easy to reach. Many excellent restaurants in the area near Eastland Mall. Plenty of good areas and sidewalks to walk our dogs. Liked the free parking next to an entry door and our room. Very clean hotel. Thanks to the friendly staff!

Did not like the taste of the tap water. Bottled water in the room would have helped.

Room was clean and comfortable. It smelled good.

The refrigerator didn't work... very sad, and the furniture had some healing and a stain. Only reason I worry about that is because I had our 2 little dogs with us and I worry about getting blamed and charged for it. But it didn't effect my stay.

I really liked the experience

When I got there I was told my reservation was canceled . Which I never did. Luckily they had a room and I had to pay regular price plus 50 dollar deposit for jacuzzi. This is just acceptable. I never cancelled my reservation. Not sure what type of business you are running. Is this a scam

Rooms were very nice. Room was clean, large, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and very accommodating.

No juice available or water. Nothing to drink if you don't drink coffee or hot chocolate, which I don't. Syrup was very cold, which was not good on the waffle.

ground floor, clean well maintained inn. breakfast bar was decent.

I could not find anyplace to hang my clothes. after I left the manager told me that there was a closet behind the mirror which was located next to the bathroom but not in the big empty space where a closet would normally be. also no baggage racks so we were tripping over our bags. for almost $300 a night I think they could afford to have 2 baggage racks and instructions as to how to find the closet.

It was very clean and quiet. The rooms were of adequate space and beds were very comfortable.

Don’t have any dislikes regarding this property that we had ran into during our stay. But not having an elevator may be an inconvenience to some.

Location was convenient for our travel. Quiet and away from major highway. Didn’t try the breakfast as wife has some food allergies and is quite sensitive about what she eats

Areas in the building were being painted and renovated. The closest door to our room was not available for use. Also, several of the exterior doors were not secured at night making us a bit uncomfortable about security. We experienced no issues but we were a bit unhappy about the situation

Breakfast was satisfactory. There was a big event in town and the room was full. Fortunately the lobby had several easy chairs for the overflow.

THe only item that needed addressing was the outside door lock toward the west parking lot was inoperative.

I had read reviews which reported that, although the exterior appearance of the motel was unimpressive, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. (We were especially appreciative of the refrigerator in ours because of my wife's medical condition.) We found those reviews to be accurate.
